I ordered pizza online from Pizza Hut on Eldridge, the suppose to be manager in training called me three times about my order not being right. I called to find out the status on my 55 minute pizza and was informed they had a glitch on their system and I would not be receiving a pizza unless I pay another 30.61 again and the bank would refund my money within five business days. After five attempts at calling and being put on hold and having the phone hung up in my face the inexperienced manager just stop trying to make the issue right. I'm calling corporate as well telling others about my situation!!

I ordered the my hut box that comes with personal pizza and wings. My food was hot and fresh but when I started eating, I found hair in my food. It was in the wings. I called a bunch of times because they wouldn't answer and I was already back at work. I finally was able to get someone but he hung up while we was talking. I tried to call back but they would just pick up and hang up. He did say he could replace my food but why would I want more food from them. That's why he hung up. I kept calling back but no answer. PLEASE DON'T ORDER HERE
The staff took the time to make a great tasting pizza with the right amount of toppings. Great staff!

Update 5/12/23: Good pizza delivered on time on a Friday night. Looks like they are turning around this location. Hope they can keep it consistent.
2021 review: Horrible service at this location for years and years. Looks like corporate doesn't care about this one. Hour and a half for cold pizza is not acceptable. Go to the location on West Airport Blvd in Meadows Place. Unbelievably fresh pizza every time.

Having the option to preorder before the store opens helped me out greatly!!! I was super happy I was able to bring my child her favorite food on our impromptu lunch date.
