This place is horrible!! You can't get anyone to answer the phone! I ordered pizza on the app, I am 6 minutes away - the person delivering was right by me according to the app and it showed my delivery was 2 minutes away, then the driver ended up 44 minutes away - I call the number and it goes to a call center and they said they were unable to get anyone at the store to answer and that a regional mgr was supposed to call me. No call. No pizza. I am still trying to get a refund on the pizza I NEVER received! Horrible!!

Ordered food at this location, our local neighborhood Pizza Hut. I've never had issues with my orders, but this one was undercooked and didn't seem very fresh. The staff was very friendly, though I did have to wait a long time for someone to approach the drive-thru window. My order wasn't very satisfying in terms of taste and temperature.

Spent nearly $50 on two pizzas for delivery last week... Both pizzas were floppy, underdone, extra greasy, and had a strange smell to them. I reported it through the Pizza Hut website in hopes they might be able to make it right. They have not contacted me since, so here am I leaving a review because honestly that floppy, smelly pizza is still on my mind.

I never leave reviews but, now if I could leave a negative review I would. This location always messes up my order always delivers it at the wrong time no matter how often I tell him to fix it. Sometimes the wrong location. You try to call them and they purposely ignore the calls never answering. The calls go directly to a call center who is no help to fix any orders because they said the store needs to fix it in the store never answers. If you wanna be frustrated continue to order, because not even corporate is any help. Update: my order was delivered with open boxes! Now I don’t even know if it’s safe to consume. Ridiculous.

I ordered pizza online from Pizza Hut on Eldridge, the suppose to be manager in training called me three times about my order not being right. I called to find out the status on my 55 minute pizza and was informed they had a glitch on their system and I would not be receiving a pizza unless I pay another 30.61 again and the bank would refund my money within five business days. After five attempts at calling and being put on hold and having the phone hung up in my face the inexperienced manager just stop trying to make the issue right. I'm calling corporate as well telling others about my situation!!

I ordered the my hut box that comes with personal pizza and wings. My food was hot and fresh but when I started eating, I found hair in my food. It was in the wings. I called a bunch of times because they wouldn't answer and I was already back at work. I finally was able to get someone but he hung up while we was talking. I tried to call back but they would just pick up and hang up. He did say he could replace my food but why would I want more food from them. That's why he hung up. I kept calling back but no answer. PLEASE DON'T ORDER HERE
