Ordered my daughter a pizza at 5:22pm. I received a text message to confirm my pizza would be at my house for 6:37pm. I called the store at 6:50pm and the worker told me their power was out etc but my order was sent out 30 minutes ago and if it’s not there in 10 minutes to call back. Called the store around 7 (I’ve called 3 times) and no answer! So I called the customer service line to get my refund back! Talk about horrible customer service, now I’m on my way out in the rain to get my daughter something to eat. 7:28 and still no pizza or even a phone call.Update: The pizza NEVER showed up nor have I heard anything from the store!

Ordered Honey BBQ wings for delivery. Doordash dropped off the order. The containers had Honey BBQ stickers on them. Received breaded wings with no sauce. The receipt claims orders are checked. Are they? Why did this happen? My driving to the store to get sauce defeats the purpose of delivery. What will this store do to improve it's service? What will be done to get me to come back or even recommend this store?

Picking up an order and there is one person working during peak hours. The woman herself deserves 10 stars for manning this establishment alone, that is a lot of pressure. But SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT, ITS CHRISTMAS TIME AND THIS POOR WOMAN IS BY HERSELF

I would like to express my concern regarding the current service experience at this establishment. It has come to my attention that there is a single staff member handling all the order preparation, which is causing delays and inconveniences for customers. Considering the prices being charged for the products, it is expected that the service is commensurate with the company's success. I kindly suggest improving the efficiency of the workforce to maintain the high standards expected from a company of this stature.

The pizza was delivered on-time and the taste was good. However, the pizza was not cut all the way through and I had asked for square cuts, not pie cuts. This was not done. I also added and was charged for two (2) ranch dipping sauces and they were not delivered.

I cant share anything here that hasnt been said already. This store obviously has no structure for delivery service. All deliveries are offloaded to doordash which makes it impossible to check on the delivery progress. You are NOT likely to receive everything you ordered the first time (if anything is delivered at all) if you order from this location. Also dont bother calling the store, they dont know how long it will take a driver to pick up your food either. Go straight to corporate if you want any type of tangible help.

I order a pizza and my god the delivery took 1 hour 45 min. I kept calling to see where it was at and had no answer, after 1 1/2 hour the delivery driver call to say there was some mix up with my order but he is 10 minutes away.Pizza get here and it is cold. Don’t order from here unless you want to wait and want cold food.
