I ordered my pizza almost two hours ago and just got it delivered. I called the store, was placed on hold, then hung up on. The pizza was good but the fact that we had to wait almost two hours for it is ridiculous. B/c I frequent this location, I was trying to rectify the situation over the phone. Once I got hung up on, I had no choice but to resort to this resource. Y'all have got to do better guys
First order we received was over an 1.5 hours late. We had to call three times to finally get our order and it was cold. Today they wanted to charge me twice because of an internal mistake. They kept telling me we hadn't paid even with confirmation receipts from the card I used and emails from them saying it was paid. Finally they realized they made a mistake. This is ridiculous! Will not be ordering again!
The pizza was cold and the bread was hard but they gave us a 15 dollar credit after calling and complaining about it
