1/17/2025 - Brittney who claims to be store manager gave my order away to someone else and then argued about me having already picked up my order. I then had to wait for 20 mins while they remade the order with a child. I asked her to throw in some wings to comp me for the inconvenience once and she said she wouldn’t bc it’s a high dollar item. Then half way through the conversation just left to go back in the kitchen and didn’t come back out for 5 mins. If she is truly a manager then this is a huge fail on pizza huts part on hiring such incompetent staff to represent their company. Never doing business with this location again.

Had instructions with gate code they still marked delivered on app but was not received until 30 minutes after that. Guy then drops cheese sticks. I call to get refund and rude girl would place me on hold while I was speaking to speak to manager. This happened 10/27 at 5:50pm.

Food comes out late. Always and God forbid you order pick up. You'll be waiting for hours. Just eat at Domino's at least your food will be on time.

Ordered a piza for delivery at 6:40, incorrect order arrived at 7:50. Sent it back and was told by the driver that they would remake the pizza and someone would call me back. At 8:10 called the store "number" but got an answering service. After calling for 20 minutes and getting the run around by the answering service they finally said they would put in a remake order at 8:50 manually because the store never answered. It is 10:00 and have not received the remake nor a phone call from management. It is crazy that you cannot call the store yourself or that management gives a damn about their customers to return a phone call. Horrible service, never had an issue like this with domino's who you can actuaclly call the store and talk to someone there. Its a joke you still wanna charge me a delivery fee when you messed up the order. Management is a joke.
