So this Pizza Hut used to be terrible we haven’t went there in a while. It got better in between different people working there and stuff but just a warning don’t order with DoorDash and I wouldn’t eat here. I’m not gonna give them any more money because we just had a pizza with absolutely no sauce, I brought it in and showed it to the manager. She knows she just made it right there, and then she called another manager who argue with me that they made it to my specification. I did not specify to give me a pizza with no sauce I ordered a normal Medium cheese pizza and I brought it back cold ruining our dinner and they wouldn’t even give me a hot cheese pizza that we paid for because I ordered it through DoorDash. It’s their product. They know they just made it if they would’ve made it correctly. We would’ve been able to eat a normal supper when it was warmer. Makes no sense that they won’t just make you can see The pizza has absolutely no sauce and they won’t just make it another medium pizza for us absolutely ridiculous par for the course they even call the other manager they still can’t make the right decision over a medium pizza. You can bet everyone in our family is not liking that this is so Stupid… what an example of what not to do. Talk about slap your customer in the face.. forget the time spent how about just make your product worth a crap or stand by it.. don’t eat here… is my rec I’m not.. they can have that money. Won’t happen again..

Called about a special and they said it's only online. Pizza Hut has a horrible website. I could not order Takeout. What a pointless reason to lose business. I put in the zip code, then Sugarland, then Houston and each time the site told me there are no locations in those areas when Obviously thats not true.

Ive never have had a bad experience at Pizza Hut! The so called manager Andrea was quick to charge me walk away to answer a personal phone call and never said a word. I was like okay she coning back tine went by everyone working and looking at me and no one said anything. Anus a delivery driver kindly asked if i needed help. I told him the situation and then another older gentleman comes out and gets mad at him for helping me. Really!!! I was like im waiting for my pizza for a while now. All this time the pizza was in the hot n ready cart. Wow i asked for the manager and was Andrea the lady that helped me which is still on her phone i may add. I was so frustrated and mad to get home to a cold pizza! What a Horrible customer experience from Pizza Hut!

2 times it happened to me in a row. I order online. Go after 15 minutes to pick up pizza. Get there and then wait another 15 minutes for them to put pizza in oven to cook. If they forgot my order they could have started it right away when I came to the restaurant. Pizza was uncooked and absolutely horrible to eat.

Never written a bad review before. I order food and when I got there they said "we have not made your pizza yet we tried to call you because we don't have crispy pepperoni and wanted to see if pepperoni was ok" they dod not call i was in the parking lot and in my phone the entire time. Then when I got my order and got back and looked at the order my order was wrong I got chees sticks and not bread sticks. I only get pizza hut mabey 3 times a year and the bread stick are the main reson.

I waited 30 minutes after my givin time,i understood that due the circumstances of the weather but i kept getting lied to about how much longer my pizza would be ready and when it finally came out the pizza wasn’t even done cooking, i got home and the pizza was falling apart,when you try to pull a piece it was splitting in half. Old lady I repeated my order five times I allowed three customers to go ahead of me still got to order wrong I repeated myself three times extra cheese pan pizza Chicken Alfredo pasta cheesy breadsticks. When I came back only cheesy breadsticks and a pan pizza. This place is not training their staff order name was Jason time I placed the order was 1:00 p.m. Good old quality customer service days are over

The absolute worst pizza Hut on the planet. You will never get your food. You will also never be refunded for the food you did not get as you will never get a person to answer the phone.
Usually I have never been disappointed with Pizza Hut but clearly I should have read the reviews before ordering. Whoever is in the kitchen/station is either careless or maybe even worse..”sadistic”. Ordered a veggie pizza with 2 toppings(jalapeño and black olives). And there are some sadistic people who do mess with people’s sentiments and preferences and such people do sometimes end up in food services.
My mom ate couple of slices in the car as she was hungry since we did not have dinner, it was almost 11pm and we were out grocery shopping. And now I am afraid that she may have consumed it(pieces) as she is not aware of what pig meat looks like, smells like or tastes like.
When I reached home I pulled out 2 slices and noticed something reddish/pinkish on one of the slices still in the box. Upon picking it up I realized that it was pig meat. And I know how much many people enjoy their pig meat, I am not one of them. I strictly do not meat outside from certain places and I definitely never have eaten pig meat as is carries diseases and is one of the filthiest meats according to researcher. Also there was another piece(also shown in the picture) on the side of the box.
I will understand partially that a piece may have gotten mixed up… but how does a piece end up in the corner of the box, off of the pizza?!! (This piece was not moved and was exactly where it was inside the box… this is really alarming and sickening)
Now 2 things: 1: if the person deliberately put those meat pieces there and is indeed a sadistic person, then indeed this is very alarming that this person is handling food. 2: is this was an honest mistake then it is still alarming how they handle food. They are contaminating veggies with meat which is not acceptable as there are some non-meat eating people, who like to eat Pizza Hut. And such mistakes are not acceptable.
I am attaching few pictures of the food. I do not want a replacement pizza because I do not trust the people who make it anymore. So no, I will not settle for a replacement pizza.
I, however to want to enforce that this is highly unacceptable. If it’s how the toppings are handled then perhaps change the structure of how toppings are handled. If this was intentional then perhaps the management needs to look into this with strict actions.
I will not be ordering food from this location again because clearly the practices of how the handle food, or perhaps people who work here… something is not right.
It would have been understandable if there were pieces of other veggies instead of meat…but this is clearly cross contamination. And such is not acceptable.
Vegetarian options: They mix meat with veggies even when clearly told to put veggie toppings(jalapeño+black olives). They are careless or sadistic. Maybe they use the same gloves that go into meat and veggies. Found pig meat on my pizza and in corner of the box while pizza was only supposed to be 2 veggie toppings. I would understand if there were other pieces of some other veggies(onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc) but clearly having pieces of meat on a veggie pizza and inside the box is not acceptable.

I really hate to do this but this pizza hut isn't right. I ordered online - total was about 15.00 for 1 large - and I arrived early - they asked me for the total and I paid. I waited for my pizza and went back in...opened the box and my 3 topping was not even a 1 topping. She said sorry we are missing toppings because we are out. She still charged me earlier when she knew. I asked for my money back. They offered a free pizza but if I left I would have been home mad. I don't even think I'll go back for the free one.

Pizza never came and I was charged. The call center is in another country and they cant help you at all. My order never came, I was charged and evertime I called the number all I could do was wait for the call center to transfer me to the store - 6 times I called and waited to be transferred, and each time the store hung up on me. Such a terrible experience. I wouldn't even trust the pizza at this point if it came.
