Charging $1.50 for light ice??? & never even offered to give me my change? DO NOT COME HERE

I visited PJ’s Coffee recently and was honestly pretty grossed out. There were flies everywhere around the tables, near the counter, and just flying around the store. It made the whole place feel dirty and poorly maintained. Seeing that many flies immediately makes you question how often the store is cleaned and whether proper sanitation standards are being followed. It was hard to enjoy my drink knowing the environment felt unhygienic. Management seriously needs to address this because customers should not feel uncomfortable or disgusted when stopping in for coffee.

This location has become my favorite spot for beignets and coffee. The employees are so sweet and attentive. My only problem is I forgot to scan my app and there is no way to scan my receipt to collect my points. 😫

Usually pretty good, but this last time was entirely awful. I requested one medium roast coffee and one plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Coffee tasted like it had some hazelnut (syrup?) in it. The bagel looked like it had been ripped apart, rather than sliced and the cream cheese was room temp and tasted off. I didn’t realize this until I had driven off and didn’t have time to go back.

All dressed up for Mardi Gras. It was so inviting. I was disappointed that I didn't have more time to chill. There were people on laptops and kids playing board games ❤️. I ordered 3 beignets, which I had never had before. They were hot and fluffy. I loved them. I also ordered a small king cake latte, after asking the cashier for his recommendation. The latte was delicious.

Don’t go to the place with the green mermaid logo, come here instead! It is a very nice spot, smells like heaven, and the coffee is wonderful.

I like PJ's coffee. Its slightly on the expensive side but great coffee.

Consistently Incorrect Orders — A Disappointing Experience

I regret to share that my experience with this coffee shop has been consistently disappointing. Despite four separate visits, my order has been incorrect each time. Most concerning was the most recent occasion, when I specifically requested a decaffeinated beverage and was served a fully caffeinated one — a mistake that could have serious implications for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

While the ambiance is pleasant and the staff courteous, the repeated errors suggest a troubling lack of attention to detail in order fulfillment. I have made every effort to communicate my requests clearly, yet the outcome remains unchanged.

I hope management takes steps to improve training and quality control.

Server was very polite and service was extremely fast! I got the beignets and praline & cream coffee, both delicious. Atmosphere is super nice and chill, great for studying/working. Hidden gem in Sugar Land -- you don't want to miss it!

It's my new go to. They also have a drive thru if you don't feel like going down. I like the choices and it's better than Starbucks with all their chemical additives. They also have seasonal items too like those looking for a pumpkin latte.

This place was so amazing that I want to live here forever. The ambience and quietude is so absolutely beautiful. I WILL wax poetic about PJ’s Coffee forever and ever. AJ and Tim made me feel so welcome. I will never leave this place. I will die and my ghost will haunt the counter and purvey the food and drinks here for eternity. Nothing will drive me away. I hope they someday take over the coffeehouse industry because it is god-tier in here. Shoutout to Theo <3

Found this place after returning some Amazon packages at the UPS next door. Awesome staff and even better beignets! True New Orleans coffee! Perfect place to cozy up to a book. Tim and Spencer were truly superb when helping me find what drink was right for me. #StarbucksReplacement
