Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

One of the worst locations, I had an online order that was NOT ready after the promised time. We had to wait an additional 45min and watching them work gave me a headache! They definitely did not want to be there. They were already cleaning up when clearly there was a whole line of cars behind us. The chicken was packed and left on the counter for a whole 20mins before handling it to us then we had to wait some more because they were out of mashed potatoes. Sweet tea was also out so we watched the guy fill up a lemonade then half way through he realized that we didn't asked for lemonade so he had to restart the process all over again. By the time we got everything it was all cold. The red beans and rice had dried out rice grains that were non edible. This place is a joke!

The Store Manager, who I asked his name and he stated that his name was Cesar was very Rude I arrived at the store and the store manager and including the cashier at that moment did not acknowledge me they acted as I was invisible I was standing at the front for almost 20 minutes, until a friend of then walked in and they where even shaking hand and laughing, but I continued standing and they did not asked me if I wanted to order. Very rude employee and very bad service the worse. I’ll never go there. 🤮🤢

Terrible food quality and terrible Customer service. Gentleman taking my order must have been having a bad night, not friendly, and looks like he does not want to be there. As for the food, chicken small and dry, fries are cold, and biscuit hard and stale.

Went to buy at Popeyes Eldridge Sugar Land yesterday, bought take out and when I reach my home started eating but the chicken and fries and the biscuit taste like it was cooked 2 days ago, they tasted stale. Anybody had the same experience? I have to throw the food away.

Currently in the drive thru and the order taker did not respond I had to say something twice then was told to hold on, there is one person in front of me, this Popeyes is terrible and slow why show up to work if you’re not going to work Popeyes is just going down the drain don’t worry I won’t be back since you guys don’t want any customers then you’ll be crying when your little 5 cent job is taking away from you

Im a truck driver from Dallas and I was in the area looking for something to eat and I ran across this restaurant near me. I read the reviews before I went and I was so disappointed in the reviews I literally called the restaurant to see what was going on with all the bad reviews. Needless to say no one answered the phone so I just went. I did not get the service from the reviews. My chicken was that blow on it cause it's to hot steam coming off the yard bird. Fries hot wings hot fresh and the ladies in there were nice friendly and helpful. So I didn't understand the bad reviews. I didn't have a bad experience so if I'm ever back near the location I'll definitely stop in again!

I ordered chicken tenders all tenders were undercooked and fries was even fried in old oil . No taste I throw everything even cold drink taste bad . And waste $30 in total . Worst food ever
