Currently in the drive thru and the order taker did not respond I had to say something twice then was told to hold on, there is one person in front of me, this Popeyes is terrible and slow why show up to work if you’re not going to work Popeyes is just going down the drain don’t worry I won’t be back since you guys don’t want any customers then you’ll be crying when your little 5 cent job is taking away from you

Im a truck driver from Dallas and I was in the area looking for something to eat and I ran across this restaurant near me. I read the reviews before I went and I was so disappointed in the reviews I literally called the restaurant to see what was going on with all the bad reviews. Needless to say no one answered the phone so I just went. I did not get the service from the reviews. My chicken was that blow on it cause it's to hot steam coming off the yard bird. Fries hot wings hot fresh and the ladies in there were nice friendly and helpful. So I didn't understand the bad reviews. I didn't have a bad experience so if I'm ever back near the location I'll definitely stop in again!

I ordered chicken tenders all tenders were undercooked and fries was even fried in old oil . No taste I throw everything even cold drink taste bad . And waste $30 in total . Worst food ever

I order a combo in this place and they take touch time to give to me and when I try to eat many pieces are raw inside and still frozen, definitely avoid this place!

I rarely write reviews. This had to get one. I went here to grab a quick bite on my lunchbreak. This was BY FAR the worst Popeyes I have ever had. Let's go step by step.

First I order a 3 piece spicy and ask for leg, wing, and breast and then they talk me into ordering an apple pie. I get to the window and she says it'll be 10 mins on that pie. They offer a different dessert. I take it because I need to get back to work.

I get my order pretty quickly. I head back to work. I grab the leg and take a bite. It is cold and taste like old chicken. I hate going back so I decided to such it up. I open the box all the way and it's another leg and a thigh. At this point I decide to go back, because I don't eat thighs.

When I get back the women was nice enough and said here you are fresh from the grease. The chicken was hot and fresh from the grease. However, the taste was not good.it seemed that it was old oil being used.

I decided to give the red beans and rice a go. It tasted like it was spoiled. I am assuming it isn't from today. Needless to say, it is all going in the trash.

I will never go back here again. This is not only the worst Popeyes, but the worst food I've had in a very long time....

Went at noon to get the specials, ask for 2 orders, the chicken was cold, and only gave me one order. We ended up paying for the drinks only. Popeyes, you have lost your touch. The chicken isn’t cheap, why can’t you make it good! Not even a receipt!

Worst experience with any restaurant.
I ordered chicken breast n wings, one spicy and other two regular. Order served was cold (not even warm). Upon asking the lady behind the counter, she asked me to wait 12 to 15 minutes after which fresh order was received this time 2 spicy and one regular.
My son on taking a bite from his chicken piece complained to me that his chicken is still cold. Upon me checking it found only his one piece of chicken to be cold. Remaining order was nice n hot. I took the chicken piece to the counter lady and asked her to touch the meat herself and check that the meat is cold to which the manager jumps in and in a extremely rude tone told me how much more hot you want it to be? I once again politely told him to check it for himself and he being the manager was super rude after which I had to give him a piece of me.
I would never recommend anyone to come to this facility again and the manager should be sent for some training as how to attend to customers,

Employee was really nice. The special we usually get isn't available anymore, so the employee told us what to order to get the same value for our money... the food is always hot and tastes great.
