They made me. Waited 15 minutes as there was no regular chicken and when the food arrived it was obvious that it was not freshly made, but recooked and I requested that I did not want wings and it was the same ?

The fries were off and cold, and chicken seemed to have been sitting out under the heat lamp a while. Tried new wings on the menu. They were better than other items I ordered but had a mediocre about wing sauce squirted on them, so not much of a coating. The dining room and bathroom were clean, but could use more cleaning and an update.
Took too long to get my order. Shrimp had a strange taste.

The quality of food has really gone down within the last year or so. Last time my wife and I picked up chicken tenders and took them home (we only stay 5mins away) the tenders were cold and over cooked. They need retraining because this is not it. A better Popeyes is off Murphy and hwy 59/69.

I used to enjoy eating food from this store. NOT NOW. The chicken is overcooked, the wait staff leaves a lot to be desired. I usually get a sandwich, again it was overcooked and the bun soggy, obviously the sandwich was not freshly made.An elderly man in line ordered a quart of soup. They gave him one pint container. When he said he wanted 2 pints, that's what is in a quart, they divided the soup in 4 smaller containers. UGH. 2 pints = 1 quart.

Frozen Premium Strawberry Lemonade! It's all the same, but the people make a difference. It's chicken, so just make sure y'all cook your tenders & fillets(for sandwiches) all the way. Add about 2min. on the timer. I fux with them though.
