Looking for something really light and refreshing in this heat and this was the answer for me!

Came at 10:30am on Sunday morning and the front door was locked, no one inside, no sign on the door. They are supposed to be open from 8am-8pm Sundays so not sure why they were closed.

Unfortunately the service on this place isn’t the greatest, staff struggled with orders… waiting time are too long… spend 30-40 minutes waiting for a bowl…

Not sure what's going on with this place lately, but the last 4-5 times I've ordered thru the app, giving them plenty of time to have it ready, I walk in to the pick up fridge, and there's always somebody else's order in there, never mine...they wait till I show up to make it, please do better.

Staff was super kind. They offered samples of the shots when I went and they were very helpful for pre and post workout.

Thing that stood out the most was the quality of toppings. The blueberries were insanely good with the base. Super fresh, slight crunch and sweet. Rare to find places that provide quality fruit.

I went inside today to find nobody at the counter. I called multiple times with no reply. After about five minutes I walked out. I really wanted my acai bowl 😕

Walked in today and waited for 8min before someone came out to the front to greet me to take my order! I waited so long, I began trying to place my order online just so I could get the order placed. Then finally as I was about to purchase online, a gentleman comes from out of the back. Doesn’t ask how long I’d been waiting or even apologizes, but asks, “what can I get you?” Huh? Really? Very inconsiderate and then he proceeds to tell me that they have NO ACAI (it’s frozen)!! So I waited 8min to be told that what you should be selling is not available? Make it make sense! That’s like asking Popeyes’s for chicken and they say they have to go order more… I was in this part of town for the day and I frequent the location in The Woodland’s where I live, but I can promise you I will NOT patron this business ever again! Get some order to your business!

Came at 3:38 and they don’t have acai or any freeze bases ready at all. Was told it would take 45 minutes to maybe FOUR hours. How is it possible a store that specializes in juices and smoothie bowls not have smoothie bowls available MID day. Additionally the worker at the front gave me an attitude and I was not greeted when I walked in or when I was at the register. The worker gave me an attitude for simply asking if the acai base not being ready meant the other freeze bases weren't ready as well. I was rudely answered “thats what it means”. Like a simple yes in a nicer tone would have sufficed.

Took my girlfriend here as a small date after we’d both had a big day of work. I never had acai before, but she loves it. The atmosphere was “peaceful” (her words), the employee was super nice and patient, helped explain a few things, the bowls were made extremely quick, and it tasted pretty nice. Honestly, seems like a nice place to go to if you feel stuck in a slump.

3rd negative experience with different employees. It’s disappointing because the food and drinks here are really good. I’ve ordered pick-up twice and it was never ready. I made an order at 2pm to pick up at 4pm, and when I got there they hadn’t even started on it, didn’t apologize, nothing. Today I went with one of my friends and the other worker was rude to us when we had just walked in and were still deciding what to get.

I read other reviews and noticed that this is a recurring problem.

I believe management needs to change as they don’t know how to hire people who are customer service oriented.
