The drinks are good here. You can actually taste the tea and the boba is cooked well every time. I usually get oolong milk tea. Also the staff are nice and the bathrooms are clean.

I’m giving 5 stars for the drinks here. But 2 stars for the staff, they are consistently rude and unprofessional. This is my 3rd visit to this location, and every time there has been an unpleasant experience: 1st visit: A very unfriendly staff member told my 4-year-old that she couldn’t have extra ketchup and refused to reseal her Hawaiian tea. Other locations have always done this without a problem. 2nd visit: I ordered one popcorn chicken, one chicken wings, and one French fries. They forgot the fries. When I asked, the staff told my daughter, “What fries? You didn’t order any,” which almost made her cry. 3rd visit (today): I placed a pickup order. Both of my daughters (ages 2 and 4) fell asleep in the car, so I called and kindly asked if someone could place the drink by the door, since I couldn’t leave my kids alone. The staff rudely replied, “We don’t do that.” I explained again that I could wait until she wasn’t busy and just needed it left by the door, but she hung up on me. I really wish this location had better service, because my daughter enjoys the drinks, but the way customers are treated here is simply unacceptable.

this place defaults their tip option as 10%, you have to select no tip everytime. why am i tipping before i get my drink? what if they mess up my order? i'm not tipping if you're just doing your job
