I’m glad this business is featured during HAPI because they hardly have any customers. I ordered the taro stormy with boba and rainbow jelly. 70% sugar was still too sweet for me so next time I’ll request less sugar. The staff was friendly. I’ll definitely come again to support their business.

I had the pleasure of trying this place out yesterday and I really enjoyed the taste and quality of the drink that I purchased. I ordered their Oreo Chocolate Stormy drink. I really loved it! If your into Oreo cheesecake, then your going to enjoy this but in slushy form. They mix milk, Oreos, chocolate and cheesecake together to create sort of like a stormy cognition. It tasted just like an Oreo cheesecake!! Their store was very spacious, neat and clean. They have little toy machines set up along the wall that you can pay to play and win cute little toys! I would say it makes for an interesting hangout spot! I sat by the window and people watched while I waited for my drink. Then I drank it in my car so I could do an honest first time tasting review. I think I’ll start making more video reviews like that in the future.
Ordered 3 drinks today on Uber Eats. I put “No sugar” on the instruction and they give me all 3 drinks 100% sugar!!! This is not the first time that they made this mistake, please read your customers instructions!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!! Waste my $20 dollars!!!!!

I go to Sugar Land every once in a while and have tried many boba shops there and enjoyed them. In Bellaire, I visited R&B Tea and had a great experience; I loved the drinks and the staff were very nice and bubbly. But at this Sugar Land location, my experience was the opposite. Upon walking in, I already felt unwelcomed. Walking up to the cashier, I wasn’t greeted with anything. I began to place my order, and I asked if it was possible they do something specific with my drink. The worker, Christine, just looked at me funny and kept saying, “What? I don’t know what you’re talking about,” then with an attitude said, “No. We can’t do that.” I began to pay and I guess it then processed in her mind what she said, and she just goes, “Oh. I thought you said something else.” Then I smiled and told her it was okay but she just kept looking at me with a stone cold stare and I’ve never felt so judged by anyone ever in my life. I told her thank you, and she just stared at me with no response as I walked away. The other young man was nicer, but I didn’t get a smile out of either one of them. I thought it was just me, but my friend who came a little after me told me that they were also really rude to him. You can really tell that they were just high schoolers there for the check, which is understandable, but at least pretend to be polite. Looking at the other reviews, I was surprised they had something nice to say about the staff, so I’m not sure why they were acting like that on this day. The drinks were okay, not as strong as I’d like, but that doesn’t make up for the horrible service.
