First time stopping by and it was an atmosphere that was not very inviting. No customers in the place and those working didn’t bother to make me feel invited. I said hello and let them know I would look around as I had never been there before. They said ok and stayed quiet. Mixed fruit pastry was delicious. Not too sweet, cream was definitely fresh and fruits had syrup. Vanilla cheesecake not so much. Was gritty and tasted like it had been in the fridge for too long. Chicken tikka sandwich was alright, the bread was stiff and also seemed like it had been refrigerated too long.
We have been their customers for the past 15+ years, first at their Hillcroft location and then at Stafford since it started. We frequently visit them, love their bakes, their unique flavors and the variety of items they offer. Love their cookies, pastries and savory items.
