Rosati's Pizza

Drove all the way here and they are closed although, the website says they are open until 10:00. It’s 8:32 and they are closed. I’m mad as hell they need to update their hours online

Sadly, this Rosati's is closed. A letter posted to the inside of the door says the owners have been locked out by the landlord since April 21, 2025.

Ordered four different times through GrubHub and doordash. Waited an hour each time before I was told that they were closed. They owe me 4 hours of my life back

Closed. Note on door they were delinquent on rent.

Came in, near close. Handle my order with excellent order without any hesitation or reluctance. Manager jenell and shay were excellent example of great service. I’m from Chicago and I will be returning for future business. Great characters and additions to the company.

I have to submit a review because this pizza was so darn good! As close of a Chicago Pizza as I am ever found in Houston. Excellent! We had it delivered from the sugar Land location.

Never eaten at this exact location tried to order they won't answer the phone. Why must I attempt to order using various delivery apps that I have never used. This sucks.

Absolutely disorganized establishment, that has no respect for your time. I waited 1.5 hrs for an order. At the 1.5th hr despite them having checked on my order throughout that time span came to me and said they didn't have a ticket and couldn't do the order, that I should contact the customer who I was picking up for to ask them what they want to do. They could have made the order, but instead wanted to make sure they got paid even though the order was placed through an ordering app, regardless of how long id waited for them, and been in touch with the customer. They had no problem giving free food to other customers that had been waiting for a long time. These guys pick and choose who they want to go out of their way for. Avoid them at all cost, they don't give a damn about their customers who order online or the people delivering for them.

We've been here three times for Chicago-style pizza, and each visit has been great—until now. On January 2, our experience was disappointing. The pizza didn’t live up to expectations. It felt like they cut back on the toppings and cheese, and instead of the usual Chicago-style deep dish, it was more like a regular pizza with a tall crust.

To make things worse, whoever cut the pizza did a poor job, resulting in uneven, jagged slices—some were as big as two slices, while others were barely half a slice. On top of that, the pizza was drowning in tomato sauce, making the crust soggy. We had hyped up the place to our guests and ordered two large deep-dish pizzas, but unfortunately, we were let down.

We are Chicago natives super excited to see Rosati's pizza nearby. Restaurant has friendly staff and it is very clean. The pizza was as good as the one back home. We will be coming back for sure.

Love this pizza.. especially the deep dish.. one of the best in houston in my opinion

This is the second time I have went there and am disappointed. The first time we went to dine in...they got our order wrong, but quickly rectified the situation by giving us a free pizza. Also, being from Chicago the pizza was lacking in sauce...but in my mind an easy fix for the next time we return. Went back today thinking, it's been a while....I'm sure they are in a better place plus we got a taste for a deep dish. What a horrible experience! Dined in and waited over an hour for our pizza...just to be told they misplaced our order and was just working on it. At that point we decided to get our money back and go else where. Really disappointed as I had hoped this place would have been more on top of it
Will try the other chains around the Houston area. Will no longer return here.
