Rustika Cafe and Bakery: Sugar Land

they did not deliver my sons birthday cake on time and they still not answering the call. its already 2 hours delay, they staff name flourina said it will reach there like 25 mins delay so i ask my son to wait on clinic, still no delivery, no answering the phone. they spoiled my sons birthday. plz do not go there or order from there, i have the recording and phone data that i have been trying to reach them

Customer service is always great when we visit. Food is delicious and fresh. Empanadas are good and big. The place is clean and quiet.

It's always a hard choice deciding what flavor cake to buy. The cakes are the best!!!

Cute lil cafe, tasty food, amazing stuff. 4 stars only, because I’m sorry, the coffee with milk doesn’t mean cappuccino. But I understand that it’s really hard to find good cappuccino in this country.Besides that, everything is perfect !

Have been coming here for few years buying slices and whole cakes. But today, when I came in to get a slice I was told that, they wouldn’t cut a cake to give me a slice. I was horrified, just didn’t understand why all of a sudden they wouldn’t cut a cake, which in fact they make just about the same amount in slices as they do when they sell a cake whole. My wife and I will definitely have to find us another Bakery. This one doesn’t deserve our business any longer.

Terrible tasting coffee products. Yesterday tasted like dishwater. Today had way too much sugar.Coconut macaroon was obviously left over from yesterday. Hard as a rock. Not very tasty.Will patronize other coffee shops. Two tries is too many.

This place is a hidden gem! Their latte beats any other coffee shop in the area. Also, love the huevos rancheros!! Delicious!

They misspelled my son's name on the cake. The cake was frozen and very difficult to cut.

Abysmal service. They took my order incorrectly. The product was incorrect. When I told them this and asked for even a partial reimbursement they denied me unless I returned the cakes. They made the mistake and they made it my fault. It just proves that even the franchises of Rustika café and bakery have gone down the drain. I wish all of these franchises would just close once and for all. I’m done trying to give them a second chance. Stop going to this place immediately unless you want bad service, terrible customer support, and to go bankrupt paying for trash.
