SERVICE WAS BAD
The food was really good but the service was disappointing The lady we had gave us salad leftovers and when we tried to get a replacement she got mad and pulled the plate away from my hand before I even let go and left it on our table for 5 minutes before asking if I still wanted it or not if you see a black lady with beige highlights ask for a different server she seemed to not know what she was doing and when we asked for takeout plates she gave us double as if forgetting that she already gave us plates and just left them on another person's table even though they were still eating and didn't need them we ate here at about 7pm on 12/12/25 be aware of this server she is really rude.

Saltgrass Southwest freeway is a great place for lunch. Cody our waiter was amazing, he paid attention to details and did a great job.

I want to share my thoughts about my visit to Saltgrass in Sugar Land, Tx. My waitress was Ms Dana and was the most pleasant and friendly person I’ve met in some time. She took care of all of our needs with a smile and offered great suggestions. Very nice person!

The sides and drinks were good. We ordered friday and Saturday special prime rib at medium rare temp, it was chewier than a bubblegum.

I had a combo. A steak and ribs. The steak was good but the ribs were really dry. I told the waiter and he said others had complained about the ribs.

First time visiting, my other half has been wanting to visit. Food was on part, service was great. Like salty on price, you what you pay for. A must visit

Shout out to our waiter Bobby. He was so much fun and took great care of us. I love the Wagon Boss, the bread and the Pineapple Margarita was wonderful.

My family and I had a wonderful meal. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. I had the steak salad and the staff were excellent with my customizations. Everyone at my table was very satisfied with how their steaks were cooked.

Dana the waitress at your 19720 SW Freeway location was a gold star waitress. She had a bubbly personality and helped us with the menus. She came around to check on us three times. She is a keeper.
