worst customer service ever , went to the store to check out new soundbars for the rooms and we had some playing loud but not to the point other customers complaining , but the fact is that no one told us nicely please keep it down .. instead an employee get a police officer to come talk to us , what the hell we are not kids being disrespectful to where your store has to call the police a employee could of been nice enough to come by and ask us to keep it down ... if this is the type of service I get from Sam's I just buy everything on Amazon instead and save on the gas , save on the wait time in the checkout line and save on you getting a police officer on us just because a sound bar was on display that we could try out before we buy
