Good evening, a few minutes ago I went to buy some sandwiches at Schlotzskys. When I got home the sandwiches were cold and the bread tasted awful.

This was my first time at the location. First of all I was missing a few items which I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t check the bag. I came back inside minutes later and told the cashier I was missing chips and she said the chips were in there..maybe imposing that I’m a liar? I ended up still not having the toppings I paid for additionally in my sandwich. Not satisfied

I really like Schlotsky sandwiches. This location is on my way to work. The downside is this franchise location doesn't award or accept points or offers in store. You can do everything and get/use points if you place your order with the App and just pick up your food from here.

First off, they show a trio for $9.89, which I thought was small portions, but no, the guy said $37 something and I said oh, no! Then I ordered just a small original, just the sandwich and he charged for the whole meal, and I said no. So, he went to get the mgr for a refund and she was very slow to come, no smile and started looking at other things, first. I just said just refund me and I’ll go somewhere else. And, I had my mouth all ready for a good shlotzsky’s!!! Very poor management.

This location has repeatedly been less than the normal Schlotzky's greatness. Sandwiches don't taste anything like a normal sandwich from this well known chain. I have purchased from this location about 6-8 times since their doors open and today was my last. I was hoping the quality would improve, but that has yet to happen with multiple attempts given.

All I can say is that the guy that was at the front counter has a terrible attitude.No customer service skills whatsoever. It's disappointing because you expect to get good customer service or even great hospitality.Knowing this is a austin, texas franchise. The guy at the front does not greet anybody that walked in.He looks miserable.This was my first time picking up an order.I asked for pickup orders.Are he just pointed like sir?Where are you pointing like?He couldn't speak. Then, the customers that were putting an order in.It was just as rude to them as well.He should not be at the front of your shop.

This place is good most of the time. They have a new bread baker, which is not very on point. The bread used to be good, but now it is not the same as it.It used to be hopefully, they read this review and then make some changes. Because if you want the proper bread, you're gonna have to go to 15000 Southwest freeway. To that restaurant

What a terrible location, does not meet quality standard of this franchise. I ordered a large fresh veggie and drove 23 minutes from my house to get this sandwich. I should have checked but never have had an issue with quality. The bread was cold and stale, 100% not fresh, called the store and explained and were extreme rude, said bread was fresh and hung up the phone on me. Needless to say I was irate and will be following this up with corporate as the manager and even owner were extremely rude, as opposed to holding their manager accountable, the owner had the audacity to talk about my mom. I am looking forward to catching this man in public and having him talk like that to me face to face. Crossing lines when you talk about peoples patents. The irony, I hope this business is audited for selling stale bread to their customers. I’ve been eating this sandwich over 15 years, I know what to expect on a $20 sandwich.

I did go at 8:22 few minutes ago. As soon as I went inside the girl(Asian girl) looked at as strangely and said we’re closing in less than half hour. The store closes at 10(website). She was rude to us. We walked out. I don’t suggest this store. No one in the store.
