First time and figure give it a try with their crawfish special.Crawfish season hasn’t been great this year so not really their fault. Some were decent size but others were tiny.Got the no spice level and was still pretty flavorful. I think I’ve determined I just don’t like this style of crawfish. I’m more of a butter and garlic which gives it a bit more depth of flavor.Pork skins were good.I would recommend the staff put a roll of paper towels and offer gloves for their crawfish guests. Had to ask for napkins as we had no place settings.Had a dj playing music and wait staff was nice enough to change the channel to the basketball game.

Coming in as a group of 14 being 9 adults and 5 children our expectations were high since the establishment was not busy when we walked in at 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Figure it would be a breeze for a couple burgers, crawfish and some drinks. Well I was wrong. Our waiter was on his 3rd day as a new hire and being understanding as the family we are, we had packed and unloaded our patience immediately. But, when I say the service was below average I'm being nice. Our burgers were forgotten to be turned in to the kitchen twice. So that took over an hour to get those. Our drinks were not refilled unless we flagged someone down. Our plates were not cleared when we were done eating and stay piled up on the table until we asked someone to clear them. The checks...wow that was an experience on its own. I don't know who's at fault the waiter or what but our checks were completely screwed up when it came to paying. My daughter in law was charged and voided 2 times for their meal and then expected to pay again for a 3rd ticket after showing her receipt. I've visited the Katy location numerous times before they closed and I wanted to try this one but I think it needs a little more help with the service before I go back. We didn't even stay after eating to do my granddaughter's birthday dessert, we just left after paying.

Lived in neighborhood for years but our first time checking this place out. They have a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from and we weren't quite sure what to order. Our waitress Ashley helped with some suggestions. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all... our order was accurate when it arrived. Kitchen Sink nachos were a great choice for an appetizer as were the WAP tacos .. Thanks for the suggestions Ashley! We'll be back again!!

None of your representatives have any respect for real service members.It's so difficult to recognize a facility that doesn't recognize service members as customers. I went to this place several years ago and enjoyed it. I stopped in yesterday for lunch and had the same good experience it was 12:15 so I figured they'd be crowded. There were 2 people eating and a few at the bar. I was amazed. The bartender served me and she was wonderful. I had a delicious Cobb salad . I wondered why no one was there. It must be the location. You really have to be on 99 and want to go there. I'll be back

Tonight was the worst night we have ever had! Server Alicia tried all she could do to bring our food. Kitchen was a disaster. Crawfish night and no crawfish.

Regrettably, it was the worst experience. Our waitress, Alyssa, took 15 minutes to give us menus. She got one of the drinks wrong, bringing a super flat sprite. When informed, she simply stared and said okay, almost walking away until I stopped her for a replacement, which she claimed they didn't have. When ordering, she took one order and then ran off, leaving the others waiting. The Declaration burgers were missing BBQ sauce, resulting in dry burgers. The food overall was disappointing, not living up to the expected standard. Unfortunately, the $60 spent felt like a waste considering the subpar service and underwhelming meal quality.

I am only writing this in the hopes that management takes a look at service. We went for the crawfish and it had amazing flavor though there were many that were mushy but would definitely go back for more. Service though was terrible. First off, we ordered an appetizer to have while we waited for our crawfish. It never came. Then when waited for probably 35 minutes for the wrong order of crawfish--had to send them back. When she brought the correct order she didn't bring anything else. I had to go request butter and get it myself. Then she never came to refill my water which was desperately needed, we asked twice and almost went to get that myself as well. She kept attending to another table (though they had multiple issues) and would walk right past us without asking if we needed anything, not dumping our crawfish bowls, even passing us when she had a pitcher of water in her hand. Again, had to request butter from the manager when she was addressing the issues at the other table. And to top it off she overcharged me by 50%, also had to be corrected by the manager. She never cleared any of the other tables previous customers had left. She didn't help customers trying to move to another table clean it off. And note for parents with young kids-they made no effort to get those kids meals out asap which should have been a priority.
