We ate at lunch at seafood city and we have some left over, when we were at the door a Filipino older guy stop us to check our left over bag. I was kinda surprised, why does seafood city check your bags now? Since then i don’t buy there anymore.

It has everything you need and more
Bought regular arrozcaldo and so with taxes, total of $6.48. Wala daw yung overload na merienda promo na tag $5. So, mas mahal pa pala tong regular na arrozcaldo ni walang meat na halo kundi isang katiting na manipis na slice ng itlog. Ndi man lang ginawang buo. Total rip off!
What the hell seafood city houston? No chowking? You are here in the states not in canada.

Everything is overpriced. Mostly $16/lb for food like chicken skin, chicarron pork rinds. Ordering process is pretty chaotic and few customers were stalling the line so we were not able to check out. They were almost arguing what to pick from the second section where they served rice and noodle. The fried banana is usually my favorite at other Filipinos place, but they mix this with jackfruit which made it tasted so bad. The only good thing was the skewered meat, even that, it was $4.00 per skewer.
OMG, I loved this place. So clean and organized and i did not think the prices were unreasonable compared to other options. Some things higher, some things lower. My wife is from the Philippines and we had a field day here and if we lived close by, we would do ALL our shopping here.
