Watch out their prices on door dash are 25% more expensive so the Tikka is 13.99 but it’s 18.99 on door dash I get there’s fees for the restaurant but putting it onto your customer when they charge us fees too is a shame won’t be ordering from here

Food is very inconsistent. one day it's great the next day not so much.
biryani...at times you get 1 piece of meat with a whole lot of rice with no masala. or just bones and rice with no masala.
Goat chops... I really had high hopes. few times I got it and it tasted great and meat was nice and tender. Other times, the meat is tough and can't even be chewed. Waste of food and money.
Fish special...also hit or miss. sometimes you get fresh fish, other times you can smell it on your way home.
Nihari...sometimes it taste like colored water. other times it's right. meat quality is inconsistent also. sometimes it's just a piece of fat that's not chewable. other times it's the way authentic nihari should be.
Chicken Tikka may be the only consistent thing I've ordered in terms of meat quality. Flavor is hit or miss.
this leads me back to my favoritism comment. I remember seeing the owner getting mad at the lady at the counter when I got the bad goat chops. as if he knew what she did. there's no room for this type of behavior at restaurants. this will lead to an unsuccessful business. hope they learn and change from their mistakes. but for now, I will not be going back and I do not recommend that any of my friends go either 🤷🏽♂️

one of my favorite indian restaurants in sugarland. they probably have the best garlic naan i’ve ever had in my life. tikka masala is also very good. i would recommend takeout the restaurant isn’t really vibey inside. definitely worth a visit!
I recently ordered two portions of chicken biryani and unfortunately the chicken in both had an unpleasant smell and off-putting taste. It was truly disappointing, especially considering we're in a state known for its wide variety of halal food and access to fresh chicken. It's surprising and frustrating when such poor quality ingredients are used despite better options being readily available.

They don’t care about people’s time… I placed a take out order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes on a Wednesday at 9 PM when they were not even busy. I walk in about 30 minutes later and after I pay for my order I ask how much longer and the lady laughs and says another 15 minutes. Very disappointed in the service and the way I was laughed at. You lost a long time customer today.
