It's a cool interesting looking place. They don't have combo options. I thought it was a bit on the pricey side but I thought well the food and quality will make up for it. It was very bland and unimpressive. Their shack sauce tastes like every other secret sauce but with more of a vinegar or radish taste. The cheese sauce tasted bland like something they would serve in a public school. This is the first time I ever tasted cheese that I did NOT like. The Donut and Coffee shake tasted like a Starbucks Java Chip mixed with espresso. It was delicious. The Shack Burger was decent but there was nothing impressive about it. Save your money and go to Whataburger.

Shake Shack is brand new place in Sugar Land. It’s different and definitely a new place to give it a try. I don’t like the fact that I have to buy each item separately and there no option for a meal.
Went through drive through last night order 6pc chicken bites, Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake, and Small Strawberry Lemonade. I watched the server at the drive through window Hand out orders, accept cash, run a parked cars order, and return back inside to ring up orders WITHOUT changes his gloves. And, when I mentioned him he presented an unbothered attitude while asking the manager to pass the order because I want him to change his gloves. She didn’t have him wash his hands or change his gloves. I will not be returning because the apparently don’t care about peoples health due to cross contamination.The price for the chicken bites wasn’t satisfactory to taste and the lemonade was basic like something I can get out the grocery store.

Grandpa was instructed we must visit Shake Shack, during your visit. What a great suggestion. The burgers were hot and delicious. Sweet tea, fries and end of evening strawberry shakes with fresh fruit was a great finish to the evening.

Got the legendary Shack burger and the shroom burger and was a disappointment. In and out burger is far ahead in terms of quality and taste. The fries and the cookie shake was really good.
First timer. Did drive through. I loved all the unique options for burgers and fries. I really enjoyed the spicy Korean fries. Had the burger that has the sausage on it and a donut milk shake. Burger was good but want to try all of the fun combos. Was a bit disappointed in the donut shake, not a very full flavor, almost tasted like a vanilla shake. Service was super friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back

The food was good, size small for a burger place meat good but not seasoned, the sausage had a smoky taste with perfect spicy jalapeño kick. My lettuce was a leaf ? size literally. Drinks okay, shakes are good.The fries I enjoyed crispy perfection not drowned in cheese to make them mushy.The hot dog alright.The avocado bacon chicken sandwich was good with a nice piece of chicken.The bun was good tasted like Hawaiian king sweet rolls.

Updated 5 star review: This location has gotten their act together and now has a few employees that are great. Happy they turned it around. We only dine in and the food is fantastic.Previous 1 Star Review:It pains me to write this review as I love the food at Shake Shack in general. This is the slowest, least organized, most stressful drive thru I have ever been to. We have waited 20+ mins several times. Food was totally cold which made the high price tag very frustrating. The way you need to merge and there is no staff outside directing the cars leads to complete chaos and confrontation. We had multiple people who ordered after us get ahead of us in line. This shouldn’t happen. Unless you want cold food go when they aren’t busy, go inside or go somewhere else. Also the staff does not appear to be as customer service driven as the other top fast food places in the area.

Worst experience. The sauce of the burger was on one side of the burger and when I told her that’s the sauce is not there, she told me yes it’s in back of the sandwich. I added a topping and they gave it to me on the side. The line took so long my sandwich was cold when I got it. This location sucks!!!!

Food tasted good, what i hit to eat. Was also happy they have non-dairy ice cream and shake.If you have an allergy that is not a normal allergy, do not go here. They couldn't figure out how to handle my non-traditional allergy. Ended up with an allergy attack even after reassurances from staff. There is no way to input a non-traditional allergy into their system, and they really want you to use their tablet kiosks instead of ordering from a person.The atmosphere was nice, and the staff kept the table areas clean and stocked.Vegetarian options: Non-dairy chocolate shake and chocolate custard ice cream.
