They got rid of my favorite drink, the fresh taro milk. So tired of boba shops getting rid of anything fresh or natural they have and going all in on syrup, powders, and sweeteners while still raising prices.

Service was horrible. The white guy with blond hair was extremely rude. It was 5 of us and the tables had only 5 chairs so we grabbed another chair and he said āthe chairs are for employees.ā Not even 10min later his shift ended and he left. He wasnāt even using it but was complaining about grabbing an extra chair. There were plenty of open tables and free chairs. We will not be coming back.

If I could put zero stars I would. The place was a little packed and some chairs were missing from the table we had decided to sit in. It was 6 of us and I asked an employee with the green jacket if I could grab a few chairs to sit in the big table to which he said yes itās fine go ahead. I was fixing the chairs I grabbed in the table when a white man with yellow sweater told me you cannot grab chairs those are for employees put them back. I told him I asked an employee with the green jacket and he told me it was fine to which he continued to being argumentative stating it was for employees only. Do keep in mind that there was no sign stating those chairs were for employees only. And if thatās the case have a sign that way nobody grabs them. After the chairs incident he called out an order to which I got up and I looked at the drinks wasnāt even reaching out for them when he immediately grabbed them and said āthese are not your order there for those customers back thereā to which I told him Iām not grabbing them donāt worry and he just laughed. If this is the customer service they have there it sucks I will not be coming back.

You guys need more employees. Only two poor young girls that look like in high school running whole store. 6 ticket orders waiting and still line waiting to . Those poor girls Do better ,management

For authentic Taiwan beverage, this will be the right place to go for ordering Boba( Tapioca) Drinks, easy to order and fast delivering, Sugar Land residents have the lucky to have this Taiwan flavor in!!!!!!

Got 2 drinks and both were not good! Okinawa milk tea tasted like water and strawberry ice blend with ice cream tastes like sugar water with a hint of strawberry flavor.
Ordered the Taro Milk Tea w/Boba but it just tasted like straight milk with a bitter flavor of tea(???) I didnāt taste none of the taro in it. The staff was friendly and worked fast but the order and flavor was not it.

I came at 8:15pm and the lights were on and they shut it off right when I got to the door. They said they were closed even though they are supposed to close at 9pm.
I can understand closing maybe 30 minutes early but this was rude. Why have hours that you can't abide by?

Pretty good place. This Sharetea is a classic in the sugar land area. It tastes like any other Sharetea you get in the city.
I would recommend getting the green/black milk tea less sugar less ice 8/10 : good tea with it never having any bad days. They also have really good boba thatās chewy but not too hard
