Amazing hospitality, owners who really care, happy customers, and just great food all around. I tried the Bold Sausage for the first time 🤤 I hope this place continues to thrive this holiday season.

Had a great experience! 🍩 The kids loved picking from the different donut options, and the staff was super helpful in guiding them through the choices. They tried strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, and glaze — all were fresh, tasty, and excellent in quality. Definitely worth a visit!

The lady working the window on 8/17/2025 at aprox 12:30pm is rude, every time we come and we experience her at the widow she’s dry and has a resting face. we didn’t even finish our order and she walked away by the 2nd item we named (mid sentence). We weren’t even done, had more things to order and my husband and I looked at each others confused. Didn’t even bother to place more order service threw us off. Establishment lost some money there
She never followed up with “is there anything else, would you like it warmed, have a nice day” customer service needs another walk through and Pep talk, because all we did was roll up to the window happy to order. Establishment is beautiful but man next meeting discuss a fake “Disney smile” or something

Delicious, friendly, and fast! This is our neighborhood Shipleys. True story I went here when it first opened and it was gross. It was ran from different people. I gave it a chance after a while and most definitely improved. I’m assuming it’s the owners who are usually there on the weekends. Our favorites; sausage and cheese kolaches, glazed, and the various types of filled donuts!

The owners are awesome but my 6 year old son just got expired milk here for the second time. It was chunky and he drank a big sip. The first time I called and let them know and this time I went back and dropped off the milk. This is unacceptable.

I always come to Shipley’s Donuts, but after today, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I’ve had issues at this location before, but today really took the cake. I had a horrible experience with the employee working on Wednesday morning, 3/19. The short lady behind the counter really ruined the experience. My goodness, she clearly has anger issues and seems to have a serious problem with listening. She was rushing so much that she kept dropping donuts. I asked her to replace two of the donuts because I take pictures of them every month as a marker for my son's growth. Instead of being understanding, she became defensive and upset. It was incredibly frustrating, and I’ve never had an issue like this at Shipley’s before. It’s such a shame because I’ve always enjoyed their donuts, but the way I was treated might just be the last straw.
