Have always liked this location but today the food was terrible. I bought 4 ham and cheese kolaches and every one of them has bread that’s so hard I can’t bite it and when I opened them the ham inside is slimey and discolored. Could not eat any of them. I took my order home so it doesn’t make sense to take it back to get a refund. At $3 each that’s expensive to have food this bad.

Finally they picked up after a long time and by that time i had gone to another donut shop since I had to take order for group. I told them when they picked up to cancel order since they never responded. They never refunded the amount.

They were so accommodating! When I asked for fresh hot glazed donuts, they made some for me in under 5 minutes! There is nothing like fresh glazed Shipley Donuts. The staff was so kind and friendly! I will be back!

No consistency in the size of their kolaches. Drive-through does not work ladies work there have a hard time understanding
Horrible customer service don’t speak English very well and sold me a cold donut…. I got my donut at 6:20am in the morning meaning they bake fresh dough into donuts … as i grabbed my donut I noticed it was cold and I bit into it was hard and stale . So when I called up to the place , and told them why they serve me a cold donut the manager said I was suppose to ask for fresh !!!! BS I told them I said every day is suppose to be fresh baked you don’t serve no one a cold donut from the day before… basically if you want a fresh donut you have to say fresh donut.. that’s nasty and the establishment needs to be penalized for it .. that’s a lame excuse and fault on their end… fresh is fresh I’m buying so it includes fresh served donut or kolache or coffee… don’t eat there !!!! They serving cold stale day before donuts …. And they had an attitude when in the one who ate it and complained.:.

This place has been my go to since 5 years, my kids and I wait to enjoy thier decadent donuts and my husband adores their coffee. I only know how our Saturdays can be fun without it. The service is great and the staff is super nice.
