Horrible customer service don’t speak English very well and sold me a cold donut…. I got my donut at 6:20am in the morning meaning they bake fresh dough into donuts … as i grabbed my donut I noticed it was cold and I bit into it was hard and stale . So when I called up to the place , and told them why they serve me a cold donut the manager said I was suppose to ask for fresh !!!! BS I told them I said every day is suppose to be fresh baked you don’t serve no one a cold donut from the day before… basically if you want a fresh donut you have to say fresh donut.. that’s nasty and the establishment needs to be penalized for it .. that’s a lame excuse and fault on their end… fresh is fresh I’m buying so it includes fresh served donut or kolache or coffee… don’t eat there !!!! They serving cold stale day before donuts …. And they had an attitude when in the one who ate it and complained.:.

This place has been my go to since 5 years, my kids and I wait to enjoy thier decadent donuts and my husband adores their coffee. I only know how our Saturdays can be fun without it. The service is great and the staff is super nice.

Went this morning around opening time and was given cold old donut holes by a Hispanic woman who mumbled something about “black” in Spanish, I’m African American so it seems like something racial was said, also the donut holes were for my baby boy and when I got home I realized how horrible they looked and tasted, I go to this location all the time since it’s by my home, I give them no stars if I could but this review needed to be written. I wanted to drive back but I’m giving this to God.

I no longer recommend coming to this place, on three occasions I have come to buy donuts at 7:30 pm the lady tells us it is closed. Even today, June 25, 2024, I arrived at 7:32 pm (that is, with today there are four options). In addition, several more families went to buy, they even forgot to close a door, some children came in and ordered them to leave the store. Then they should change their schedule to say that they close at 7:30 pm When an establishment closes at 8:00 pm it is okay to close 10 minutes early not 30 minutes (unless they don't want to pay their employees overtime, they force them to close 30 minutes before so as not to pay a little more money) The most annoying thing is that they still had donuts in the display case so they would rather have losses than sales. Please, if you cannot provide the service, better update your schedule. (I had been buying donuts in the mornings for my coworkers for 4 years, so one less customer in the mornings, the service is very different than in the afternoon. I will not invest a penny more in this place) I hope they can improve their service for future customers .

Called over the phone just before I drove down here (only shipleys around me that was open at the time) and asked the Spanish lady (cause obviously that’s the only ethnicity that works this job) if they had the Oreo cookie filled donut and she said yes… I drive all the way down there and when I speak to the same lady she seems confused about what I was asking , so I have to point to the POSTER in their store with the Oreo cookie filled donut showing… and then proceeds to tell me they don’t have it…Look I understand that these Spanish folk can’t get any better jobs besides serving donuts and thats fine, but can you please teach them how to speak and understand English? Or at the very least teach them about what products they sell in the store? That’s shouldn’t be too hard right guys?
