I really like this Shipleys. The staff has always been very friendly with me. Their donuts are always fresh, I love their sausage and cheese kolaches.

Service: Disjointed and disappointing. I visited this location for coffee and a dozen assorted donuts. Initially, the staff member told me that my choice of a Long John wasn’t included in the assortment — but then offered it as a one-time courtesy. That gesture was appreciated, and I even complimented her for it.
Unfortunately, the goodwill ended there. I ordered a large coffee, but she began pouring into a small cup. When I asked why, she said there wasn’t enough coffee left and she wanted to save it for a potential future customer. I reminded her that I was the paying customer standing in front of her and suggested she give me what was left and brew a fresh pot for the next person. She didn’t respond — and I didn’t get the rest of the coffee. What I did get was cold.
Bottom line: The donut selection was fine, but the coffee service and customer prioritization were unacceptable. A business should focus on the customer in front of them, not hypothetical ones. This experience left a bitter taste — and not just from the coffee.

I purchased jalapeno sausage and cheese kolache which was very disgusting! I requested a well done kolache and I was advised that this is as done as it gets. The entire kolache was doughy borderline raw! I will never eat at this particular Shipleys ever again!! I don't think the birds will even eat this.

I’ve been going to this Shipleys for the last 10 years and their recent staff changes have ruined the quality. Donuts never ready when you arrive, doesn’t taste the same, milk is always spoiled somehow, and sometimes day old donut holes not fresh anymore.

I've been coming to this store for the last 25 years.. and NOTHING COMPARES. I've been to dozens of other Shipley stores, and this one has by far been my favorite!
We did have a slight hicc-up this last visit, where the milk we got from the fridge in store was spoiled, but that's the first time something like that has EVER happened. The milk was not expired or opened in any way, so there was no way for the employees to know. We grabbed two right next to each other, and the 2nd one was just fine!
Donuts are always top notch, and the warm glazed.. are out of this world!
Purchased a donut and a kolache. The donut was an iced one- they put the plastic on the icing. All the icing came off. No napkins were provided.

Sorry, this location I have tried to give it a chance multiple times but today was the last. The kolaches are never fresh and look old. They are stale and have no flavor and super dry. The sausage was almost a grey color today. The person taking my order grabbed the kolaches with her bare hands. I HIGHLY recommend the owner and manager to step in asap and correct this. Shipley's is typically known for their great kolaches and donuts and have never had issues with other locations but this one was very disappointing.
