This is by far the worst location. My family and I love Shipley’s Donuts but this location is terrible. I haven’t been to this location is a while but decided to go since the weather was bad. Nothing has changed. The customer service is not the best and the Do-Nuts are not good. They don’t even look like Shipleys donuts. My wife and stopped going to this location six months ago because they get a complete attitude when you ask for hot fresh donuts at 9 am. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t want to pay for donuts that aren’t fresh. They definitely need to be retrained. I see plenty of people have said the same thing yet nothing has been done. We all get that same generic reply saying you want to make things right.Make things right by getting some employees that have great customer service. If I want great donuts I visit the Shipleys on 90 and Murphy Rd. They have excellent customer service and their donuts are OUTSTANDING. You can barely eat their donuts when they give them to you because they’re so hot. That’s the type of customer service I love. My son recently visited the Sugar Land location on his was to school about a month ago and called my wife and told her how bad the customer service was. I don’t know what needs to happen for you all to change that but something needs to be done.

Horrible experience at this location!!!! The employees were rude one older lady that was taking drive thru orders! I asked for a dozen glaze donuts at 11am and i was told we are out of glaze????!!! What?! How are you out of glaze and you close at 6pm?! I then asked will you be making more and she said no we are out for the day! I still ordered kolaches for my family and all of them were burnt and cold! At this point just shut down because clearly your establishment is not attempting to serve or satisfy customers!!! Will never be back!

I went in to buy some donuts and chocolate milk. The total came out to $9.05 I tapped my phone with my card info and it wouldn’t go through. So I went back to my car to get a card to pay with . I told them that they took my money and I needed my donuts. They said no I didn’t pay because there was no receipt . I show them my phone where I have my bank statements they still deny it. The manager was rude and mean he was nasty. I go to my car frustrated not knowing what to do. I call the police because I need that money so I get the police out and as soon as they got there like right down to the minute they refunded me. I will NEVER come here again! Terrible service.

I was excited to stop by and have a donut and a kolache but sadly my kolache was dry, my donut was good. The service was poor.I think it's best to just drive thru.

Donuts were not fresh. They seemed moldy and when I asked to get those changed out, they just flipped it over and gave me the same donuts. Never had an issue with any other Shipley location.

So glad there is a Shipley Donuts shop below my dentist's office. I was craving for something sweet after the treatment. Hahaha. Ironic. I always have sweet tooth. That's what brought me here in the first place. Service is usual as any other Shipley. Nothing to brag about. Employees all spoke both Spanish and English. The restaurant is perfectly located on SW freeway feeder road right after Grand Parkway on the Houston bound traffic. I noticed a lot of customers wore medical uniforms came here. So, it stays busy throughout the day. Donuts are a little pricier but at least I know they're freshly made.

Extremely rude employees. We had coupons for 2 free donuts from the Astros game and were very rudely told we couldn’t use them. Then the employees went back and forth saying one per person. Upon check out we were told only 1 and not one per person. This could have been communicated respectfully and it wouldn’t have been an issue but the attitude of the employees is very nasty, snarky and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back. I can’t wait until the new Shipley by 59 & 36 is built so I can go there.
