First time me and my boyfriend went to eat here and my burger had a piece of hair stuck to the cheese, I told them about it and they didn’t even apology about it and it seemed like they gave me the same burger back and the burger was super greasy dripping with oil.

I'm gonna be 1000% honest this place is a joke, the prices at this establishment are higher than most sit down restaurants like outback steakhouse and Chili's etc, they charged me 7 dollars for two drinks LIKE WHAAT, I went to order the girl said HELLO, I felt rushed to order and I won't be going back here again.... absolutely ridiculous

First time here. Been told this is THE burger place. Had the avocado burger which is a bit more expensive than some other ones, maybe because of the avocado. When I got it, it didn't have cheese... What a weird option, I guess they were trying to save money. I took a bite out of it but I just couldn't taste the avocado. When I removed the bun I saw that they added a small probably 1 tablespoon of avocado. It was right in the middle under the tomatoes, right in the center (something that fast food places fail to do when assembling a burger). But really, 1 tbsp? This is penny-pincher behaviour. Yeah, I don't think I'm coming back...
