I had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The service was awful from the start—the staff seemed uninterested and had a bad attitude, like they didn’t care about helping customers at all. The smoothies we ordered were poorly made, tasting off and thrown together without care. To make matters worse, the store didn’t seem clean; it definitely didn’t feel like hygiene was a priority here.
When we tried to pay with cash towards the end of the night, we were told they don’t accept it, which was frustrating since there was no clear sign about this. On top of that, they refused to make bowls and rudely suggested we go to a different store if we didn’t like it. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location—it’s disappointing that Smoothie King would allow a store like this to operate with such poor service and cleanliness.
