I ordered 2 smoothie bowls. There were no other customers in line at the time I placed my order. The first bowl was made, then a second bowl was made. I was told that the second bowl was not mine. Apparently that was for a customer that came in after me.In the meantime, the first bowl is sitting out melting. It was 27 minutes that passed from the time I placed my order, until the second bowl was made. When I brought this to the manager's attention (Edgar) he indicated that they had gotten busy. I pointed out the issue with the second customer, he said that it was a mistake. Edgar was not there when I placed my order.Predictably the first bowl was melted (soupy) by the time I got it home. Also it was quite a bit smaller than advertised.
