Why is there a cash option just for me to wait 13 minutes to bring the food out, and say you don’t have change and can’t serve me🫠 cuz you don’t have change. You don’t have $5? Ppl just be weird. Fer. Or whatever the name was
The service is slow. The staff is under maned BUT the guy works Hard
Good food but service takes forever… barely any cars and I was waiting for over 10 minutes just to order. I ended up making a mobile order and only 5 minutes later did someone ask for my order. Terrible service and this isn’t even the first time this happened

This location is starting to look really run down, and I feel like the manager doesn't really care. I need to do what it takes to invest some money into sprucing it up. I'd also recommend marketing into the local community for whom this is the closest food available. Such as coupons to people in the neighborhood, any sort of advertising, but importantly they need to make this place look like someone actually maintains it.

Hamilton was very rude after ordering small slushies i asked if i could changed them for Medium and with a very hostile attitude he said he had already made even thou it had been only a second after placing my order
When he came outside to delivered my drinks he escalated the situation and said “ next time you have to tell me the right size “ with a very rude attitude i apologized and he said “i had already made them … “ needless to said it would NOT b a next time at this location after years of stopping for slushies
Hopefully SONIC can trained their employees better .

Nasty attitude from Hamilton Cruz, with this type of attitude not only is he not going to get anywhere but is business for sonic will seriously go down.
Sonic in particular this location needs to check their employees and make sure they get the training they need to be able to perform this with a much better attitude and service.
I asked for a size up on my drinks I understand that is going to take a minute but there was no need for the employee to come out with a disrespectful attitude in front of my children and I was offering tip for the kid he decided to just walk away and leave.
I can tell is just child attitude and not professional so never coming back to this establishment after coming here for years never being disrespected before and not going to give them the chance again.

Great service there’s this guy kind of short he’s always working alone at night for some reason. Every time we go to Sonic at night he’s always working alone but his service is always on point he’s very friendly and respectful and 9 times out of 10 he will get you the right order. I always like to go there whenever he’s working because of the service he provides good work Sonic keep hiring more hard working people.

One of the best Sonic I have come to. There are very welcoming. I came at 7:30pm and ordered a 3 smasher meals. Even though it was busy the food came out pretty fast considering it was only one person working. I looked at the stall screen and saw “Toño is on the way” he was super sweet and helpful I asked for extra ketchup and without a thought he went back and got it for me. He even recommended a new slushy which was the watermelon and gave it to me for free to try it. The food was fresh and tasted amazing can’t say the same for other sonic locations definitely will be coming here again!!!!

The worker started cursing at because
We didn’t have a card to pay for our meal. We tried to pay with Apple Pay, but they didn’t accept Apple Pay so he started cursing at us and flipped us off

If I could leave zero stars I would.
I was doing uber eats and came to this location for an order it was 11:12pm Friday 20 of June and when I came to pick up my order i rang the service button and I saw my order had printed out and finally saw an employee working only for him to rip it in half and take it with him to his car . He sat there and stayed inside of his car instead of just leaving. Why didn’t he just do the order if he wasn’t going to leave. Later a couple arrived not to long before he went to his car; I guess they were doing deliveries too. They went around the building looking for the dude. Why do they hire lazy people instead of people who want to work and do a good job. But I guess that’s the workers companies want.

terrible place horrible wait time all i did was order a Large shake and have been waiting for about 15 minutes already im literally typing this review in the drive thru. Oh thank God this bald 50 year old man just handled me my shake after waiting 15 whole minutes for ONE LARGE SHAKE
