I am beyond sick of them. This is the only location that I have issues with. I spend $20 on ice cream that I pay for extra toppings for just for them to give me a cup full of ice cream with a dash of topping on it or to not put everything I requested in there. it’s not mixed in. it’s not throughout the whole cup. It is literally just a Cup full of ice cream with a spoonful of toppings on it. Makes absolutely no sense. The teenagers who work there are lazy the management is lazy. They don’t want to fix anything. The phone is always busy. You can never call and talk to anyone. It makes absolutely no sense.

stopped here for lunch today and ordered new bacon stack combo large with fries. The bacon stack had no bacon on it at all just toast, a patty, cheese, and onions and pickles. I also received tots instead of fries.

Ordered a premium beef hotdog with NO RELISH and a supersonic double cheeseburger combo. Even repeated it back to the associate. When I received my order of course it had relish on the hotdog and instead of a double cheeseburger, I got a regular cheeseburger. It’s always the same gentlemen that gets my order wrong or takes 20 mins to bring out my order. If he doesn’t take his job seriously then find another occupation.

On the website it has this place close at 11 pm. The 2 young men never acknowledged us. They sat there, looked out of the window eating and drinking. They never said if they were open or closed. Just looking. Finally got one’s undivided attention and he brought out the bag of ice we ordered. We sat looking at them for about 20 minutes. We hit the lit up light. The screen said someone would be with us. Never happened. The lighting is horrible at this establishment. Too dark to just sit and not be waited on. We were the only ones there. Why keep us waiting? It was only 9 something. Bad customer service.

I go to various Sonics all over. Drove out of my way cause I wanted a Frito wrap and an Oreo cookie shake. No public restroom so I went further down the road to McDonald's.
Any public 'restaurant' should have a restaurant for its customers.
Everyone was nice. Food took a little longer than expected.

I usually bring my kids to this Sonic for shakes and snacks, but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ended up spending 45 unnecessary minutes here because my order was wrong four times. Despite speaking to three different staff members, the order was still incorrect each time.
This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I’m now looking for another place to take my family for shakes and snacks. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

Sister in law poured out her tea before driving away. My brownie blast had 2 tiny pieces of brownie sprinkled on top and nothing mixed in, just a cup of vanilla soft serve ........ Waste of money once again...... probably the last chance we give this location to make a dollar, been living in the area for 25+ years ......this location has gone downhill, shameful really.
