They were so kind, we were even ahead of schedule and they accommodated and were ready to serve guests with little to no notice! Working with Chef Dee and Eboni was super easy. From our first phone consult where we talked about our vision for the wedding menu and how we could tweak her existing offerings to fit what we wanted, everything went really smoothly.

We did an in-person tasting and even brought a friend with us to make sure we weren’t being biased when deciding what was good and what wasn’t. This was probably the most important part since whatever we picked during this session would be served at the wedding.

We also had another tasting just for appetizers, which we picked up ourselves—no big deal. The appetizers came warm, and we got to try them with different sauces. The options were blackened chicken satay, brisket egg rolls, and crab wontons.

One thing we wanted at the wedding was beignets, so we asked Chef Dee if she could make that happen. The dough hadn’t risen in time, so she decided to have them delivered to our house (on the other side of Houston). Honestly, I have no idea why anyone would think that was a good idea. They arrived cold, and it was a strong “no” from us.

That said, the food at the wedding was amazing. Guests were raving about it even after the wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. Chef Dee and Eboni absolutely nailed it.

Sophisticated Delights catered my daughter's Sweet 16 impeccably! We had a beautiful fruit/cheese display and drinks, with pass around hot appetizers. The crew was attentive and professional, and the food was delicious! Will definitely use them again in the future.

5 stars just isnt good enough! I would give 100 stars if I could. Our wedding guests talked about the food for weeks after our reception. Chef Dee is an absolute MUST for your event. You will not be disappointed and worth every penny spent. Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!!

Can I rate 10 out of 5 stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I want to! Chef Dee is amazing. The food got rave reviews from the party guests. The display was gorgeous. Rosa served with such attention to detail. The clean up happened so quickly and quietly, I'd swear they brought in fairies to get it done. I'd like to keep her as my perfect party secret, but that wouldn't be fair to you or Chef Dee.

The food and service at our wedding were exceptional. I highly recommend going with some of their more creative menu items. The Nigerian beef stew was incredible. I never would have guessed that would have been served at my wedding, but I am glad we did. The raspberry chipotle roasted chicken was also great. I was worried it would be sweet, but instead, it was wonderfully savory. Numerous guests commented on how great the food was.
