When my son showed up to pick up the order, they couldn't find it. I texted my son a screenshot of the order, as well as a screenshot of the receipt. The manager in the red shirt looked him straight in the eye and said "Screenshots can be faked". I then gave my son all my login information, so that he could show him the actual email. He scowled and asked "What kind of sauces?". Since the manager had just looked at the order with the sauce choice indicated, my son assumed he meant dipping sauce and responded "Ranch, please." The manager backed away from the order terminal and scowled even harder before saying "Ranch is a condiment. I didn't ask you what condiment you wanted." After the order was clarified, it was then prepared and brought out. My son asked "Can we some kind of credit toward our next order for the trouble?" The manager pointed at the food and said "That's your food. You can get that." Having had enough of being abused, my son asked for a different manager. One in a grey shirt came and asked how he could help. The situation was explained, and (hold on to your hats, folks) the grey shirted manager actually provided customer service. I guess that proves that customer service CAN exist, and people who choose to collect a paycheck CAN also do a good job. Who knew?

Seated promptly. Aaliyah our server was barely there physically or mentally. Flat beer. Asked for a bottle, they didn't have it. Most employees standing and on their phone. Several had masks under their nose. ( We are in a pandemic with multiple variants) Management has to be just as inept for this many people standing and not doing their job. Will never be back to any BWW after this poor quality and service. If you go here you are just wasting your money.

It's been a long time since I've been here probably 7 to 8 years. I was lured in by an email for 6 free wings and was trying to decide what to eat. I placed my order online which was fairly easy, except it was challenging on how to add the 6 free wings to my order. I finally figured it out. So I ordered the lemon pepper wings (sauce) & garlic parmesan (sauce). I had fries, both carrots & celery with blue cheese. The fries was the best of all the food items. I was not impressed with the wings at all. I really didn't taste much lemon or garlic. The blue cheese dressing didn't taste like blue cheese and a piece of my celery was bad, so I didn't eat any of it. The carrots were really good. I gave the 3 stars because the customer service was on point and the order was ready on time.
