Crawfish 30-March-2024Crawfish:$10/ lbs.Medium size.Not fishy.No straight tails.Overcooked 5 minutes and some getting squishy so 3 stars.Boil mix is buttery and good flavor.I told 2 staff members to let the kitchen know the crawfish are borderline squishy (overcooked).I'm not sure they took me seriously to improve.We enjoyed the 4 lbs ordered but need improvement on the boil/cook time.Parking: Overflow common area parking spaces, short walk.
