The barista was nice but never in my life have i had coffee that tastes like a smokers living room.. 3 people tasted and confirmed the same. Hope the drain flies like the flavor.

I takeout cafe mocha and cafe latte from this outlet this evening. It was the worst coffee I had in my life.

The coffee is way too expensive and it always tastes like it’s burnt. Lots of
People like to sit in so it can get crowded and you are sitting so close to other people that there is no privacy. The only plus is there is this guy who makes a version of the sugar free vanilla latte (hot) that is extremely delicious. NOBODY else can do it like him and the coffee doesn’t taste burnt when he does it. I won’t be patronizing Starbucks much anymore, but if and when I do I will only go where the guy is. I can’t remember his name, but I believe he works at the Starbucks in Kroger Sugarland if that helps.

Title: A Disappointing Experience with the Caramel Apple Spice at StarbucksAs a loyal customer of Starbucks, I recently found myself craving a warm and comforting drink on a chilly autumn day. Naturally, my first choice was the Caramel Apple Spice, a beverage that has always been a seasonal favorite. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I discovered that I had to pay extra for the apple juice in my drink. This unexpected surcharge left a bitter taste in my mouth and tarnished my overall experience. One of the reasons I have always favored Starbucks is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, the decision to charge extra for the apple juice in the Caramel Apple Spice contradicts this ethos. It feels like a blatant attempt to maximize profits at the expense of customer convenience. It's disappointing to see a company that prides itself on providing a premium coffee experience resorting to such tactics. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that the apple juice is an integral part of the Caramel Apple Spice. Without it, the drink loses its essence and becomes a mere caramel-flavored beverage. It's disheartening to think that I have to pay extra for an ingredient that should be included in the original recipe. It feels like a money grab and undermines the authenticity of the drink.Furthermore, the additional charge for the apple juice creates an unnecessary barrier for customers who want to enjoy the Caramel Apple Spice. It makes the drink less accessible and affordable for many, especially considering the already premium pricing of Starbucks' beverages. This move seems to prioritize profit margins over customer satisfaction, which is a disservice to loyal patrons who have come to expect a certain level of value from the brand. In conclusion, my experience with the Caramel Apple Spice at Starbucks was marred by the disappointment of having to pay extra for the apple juice. It not only contradicts Starbucks' commitment to quality and customer satisfaction but also undermines the authenticity and accessibility of the drink. As a dedicated customer, I hope Starbucks reconsiders this decision and returns to providing a complete and satisfying beverage experience without unnecessary additional charges.

Always great service
Aaron was super sweet and welcoming and provided the most wonderful customer experience I’ve had visiting this location! The workers were hard at work and good at balancing orders even with so many customers, especially Maggie!
