This store is our neighborhood Starbucks and the staff here are exceptional. We always order on the app and pick up via drive thru. Our drinks are always prepared exactly as ordered; same with the breakfast sandwiches our kids love to take with them to school.

Asian barista is so mean!!! The Asian barista humiliated me loudly, she made sure the whole store heard her lecturing me in a mean way! It felt like she was my mom or teacher! FYI, i am Asian too! I believe her name is Jessy.
I've been going to this location for 7 years now and since their renovation this year, it seems like their hospitality was thrown out as well. The store setup makes you feel like you're not welcome, it is not cozy at all. And the staff makes sure that you feel unwanted because they are all snobbish! Zero or negative hospitality! Which I don't even understand why they're all looking mean and mad each time i come at 7am. 5 minutes from them is City Walk location, they're lovely over there. 8 minutes from them is Telfair location, they're all so jolly there all the time. You'd think they'd be nice to me by now because of my loyalty after sooo manyyy years...but no, they're just mean period, every single morning!

Although very small, this Starbucks is tucked away from everything. I was very impressed by the pleasant manner of the staff and the way the guy making hot coffees cleaned the plastic container each time he made a new drink. Very positive experience. I will definitely be back.
