Clean and spacious, but, they don’t have Starbucks Wi-Fi, instead, we have to use Kroger Wi-Fi. The speed is absolutely not for regular work. See photo. What on earth for 6Mbps(that is, <1MB/s) nowadays in a Starbucks. No wonder almost nobody sit here.

I don't visit Starbucks often but needed a place to work for the morning. The service was quick, my Miso was on point, and I was able to access Wifi both inside and outside. Overall good experience.

These people need to be trained properly, this morning the person taking drive thru orders displayed a very unfriendly and unhelpful attitude. He was very persistent on they had nothing I wanted although it was clearly displayed on the screen. When I asked for hot he said it don’t come in cappuccino form which is fine but atleast say but it comes in lattes… I hope management addresses this.

Good service. Bad quality control. Coffee tasted worse than hot water; looked like tea; even though she brewed it twice. The machine must be malfunctioning and needed to be serviced.

I've never received such horrible customer service at a Starbucks ever. I frequent Starbucks 3 to 4 times a week, but never this location. When I arrived the barista Isabel was making another customer's order, I stood at the counter 5 minutes waiting, she never acknowledged me with "be with you in a moment or anything". Once she took my order, she was immediately not pleasant, like she didn't want to serve me. I ordered a Vinti Strawberry Refresher (which I order several times a week). When I got my order it looked weird and tasted like water. I pointed it out to her and she said that she made it with water because I didn't say lemonade. Everytime, I've ever ordered this drink, I've been asked did I want it with lemonade, but she did not ask. On the billboard in the store it only says refresher Lemonade and it being a Kroger location, I assumed that's all they offered since she didn't asked and that's what was up on the board. She tells me that I should've asked for Lemonade and proceeded to walk away. When I asked her to make one with Lemonade because I wasn't aware that I had to ask because I've never asked before, she got an bigger attitude and stated that was fine but I would have to pay the difference because she charged me for the water refresher and I didn't ask for lemonade. I then asked for a refund, not because I had an issue paying a $0.70 difference but because she started out rude and became more unpleasant. She then smirked and said "well I can't give refunds, you need to go to customer service". I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what. But what I do know is that I was the only black lady in that establishment and she seemed pleasant to the customer before me. She was the only person working or I would have spoken to a manager then and there.
