It was surprising to find a full Starbucks in a Macy's but it did not disappoint! The drinks were some of the best Starbucks I've had. The staff were personable and friendly. The service was a little slow compared to other locations, but that's probably due to how busy they were (there were about 6-8 people getting drinks at a time). I will make it apart of my First Colony Mall stops!

I been coming to this Starbucks for a couple of years now and I am now starting to enjoy coming getting my coffee with my cheese and ham croissants...DELICIOUS by the way!! I truly enjoy seeing ANDY at the register. He is so positive and always welcoming. I miss him when I don't see him. I enjoy everyone but he really stands out. I would like to thank Octavia too, she assisted me last week in a request that was not on the menu.. Thanks you guys!!

The new staff at the mall that works on weekends is rude , I work at the mall and their attitude towards mall employees if as if they give drinks for free.I rather go to the Starbucks at barns and nobles .

Got tall coffee was warm not hot. Took coffee back, lady said all coffee was hot. 1st time did not get another cup fresh warm, coffee cup .
