I been coming to this Starbucks for a couple of years now and I am now starting to enjoy coming getting my coffee with my cheese and ham croissants...DELICIOUS by the way!! I truly enjoy seeing ANDY at the register. He is so positive and always welcoming. I miss him when I don't see him. I enjoy everyone but he really stands out. I would like to thank Octavia too, she assisted me last week in a request that was not on the menu.. Thanks you guys!!

The new staff at the mall that works on weekends is rude , I work at the mall and their attitude towards mall employees if as if they give drinks for free.I rather go to the Starbucks at barns and nobles .

I never leave bad reviews at places but WOW I've never been to a Starbucks where the employees are SO RUDE. I work in the mall, have been here a couple of times and they have the most attitude. Probably why there's never customers there they just drive clientele away. I rather go down the street to the city walk location way better customer service there ._.
