Great location. I ordered my drink 15 minutes early on the app. By the time I was there to pick it up, it wasn't ready and the flavor i wanted was sold out. Needless to say i was kinda peeved and showed it. BUT the staff promptly made me a drink with the next flavor I wanted and actually ran out to my car to give me a $4 gift card! It's not much, but it truly is the little things! Highly recommend this place. It's busy like every other SB but this one has my full support now because they actually cared!

Got a latte and protein box to go. Had an appointment in Richmond. They were so slow I was worried I'd miss the appointment. Didn't open food box until at appointment. It was frozen eggs, frozen Apples with most of the core still attached. Had to throw away the eggs. Ever had frozen boiled eggs?

I bought a $100 gift card for friend’s birthday and the balance is zero when he uses it first time. Called customer service support and send me back to store manager. The store manager, Ayana, spent one hour tried to solve the issue that Starbucks customer support couldn’t resolve for me. The store manager Ayana is the best (5 stars) but Starbucks customer service support 1 star.

Young lady working barista at 2pm on July 15th asked me in the drive thru to clarify my order which was an iced matcha with a splash of sweet cream to which I confirmed and she verbally said “ew” with a disgusted face, as if I asked her to make it with urine. I don’t get out much so being judged over a matcha order was disappointing. The man working drive through was very nice but I couldn’t tip knowing she would share it.

Just left Starbucks ..6000 blocK us 90 ...RUDEST location ever..girl standing outside asked me 3x to repeat my order..I WAS JUST GETTING A REG COFFEE WITH CREAM AND SUGAR...drove around to and the first thing the starbucks employee asks me in a RUDE tone 'you couldnt give your order to the girl standing outside?'..OBVISOUSLY NOT..I JUST WANT TO WASTE MY TIME ON MY WAY TO WORK HAVING TO STRUGGLE TO ORDER A BASIC COFFEE FROM A COFFEE PLACE..i said never mind ..i will go to anotber place and the STarbucks employee says ok..I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN
