This location was alright. It was a little cramped and crowded. But the cashier kept things to a point which I liked, and the cheese Danish & drink were both good.Parking: Free parking garage down the road, or if you want a parking space near the entrance it's $1 and hour (quarters), paid meter

I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before a barista acknowledged that I was even there. They were both making orders, and that is understandable, but a simple "Hello, we'll be right with you" would have made the world of difference. I mentioned this to the barista who took my order and she said, "OK, how can I help you?" I mentioned to her that customer service goes a long way, and I wanted to bring it to her attention so that maybe the next customer will have a better experience than I did. My coffee order was made to perfection, and that was appreciated. Customer service at this location could use some work.

Very pleased with the newest staff they are hiring! The older staff used to be very grumpy and not friendly AT ALL! This made me not visit this Starbucks location as much anymore. I came recently and staff wasn’t very talkative or friendly but they weren’t RUDE either how the other staff used to be. Hoping this location is improving, I’ll be back soon! Also love the new mobile order pickup bar addition to many Starbucks locations. Makes it much easier to pick up when I place a mobile order!

I come to the Starbucks almost every morning and I can say that Jamee always greets me with a smile. She’s always positive and upbeat, and they need to hire more Jamies at the Starbucks around Houston especially Sugarland. I can say that the staff at the Starbucks is top-tier, and I can ask for better service at a Starbucks. As a customer, I know how I can be with. You haven’t had your coffee in his early in the morning so I can just imagine what type of people you guys have to deal with early in the morning late in the evenings in late at night. This Starbucks is one of the best of us I’ve ever been to or ever frequent should I say and I will recommend this to any person who enjoys Starbucks, as well as great customer service.

By far the best Starbucks I've been to, went in and ordered my favorite drink, a lady by the name of Jamee helped me in a swift pace, she was very kind and courteous to me, very respectful as well, my drink tasted better than any other Starbucks I've been to, she didn't rush making my drink, I will definitely be coming back
