I kept on repeating what I wanted and the request was never met even though I told them my issue before I left. All I wanted was caramel drizzle all over with a lot on the bottom of my vanilla bean frappe. They couldnβt do that. The only Starbucks Iβve ever been to that couldnβt do that simple request. Just got Hot white mocha a minute ago. Paid for medium size but lady made it small and then just poured it into medium cup and added whipping cream.They are out of lots of supplies and Chai as well.Worst place, not recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience.Ordered a cold brew from the SB two miles away. Took a sip and realized they put sugar in a no sugar order.No biggie. I see a SB in Krogers. Stopped in to get a new drink made without the sugar.The guy working there (named Raven) told me this particular Starbucks does not adhere to corporate SB policies.What? I pointed out to him you are literally a Starbucks and not some super entity.Refused to make me a new drink. A black coffee is literally 90% water.
