Just got Hot white mocha a minute ago. Paid for medium size but lady made it small and then just poured it into medium cup and added whipping cream.They are out of lots of supplies and Chai as well.Worst place, not recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience.Ordered a cold brew from the SB two miles away. Took a sip and realized they put sugar in a no sugar order.No biggie. I see a SB in Krogers. Stopped in to get a new drink made without the sugar.The guy working there (named Raven) told me this particular Starbucks does not adhere to corporate SB policies.What? I pointed out to him you are literally a Starbucks and not some super entity.Refused to make me a new drink. A black coffee is literally 90% water.

It’s understandable a Starbucks inside stores to be slow but this one is extreme slow. It is attended by a sweet old woman, but she can’t handle making all the drinks, come on Starbucks hire some sharp people she needs help.

Came in this morning to get a white chocolate mocha. The Indian lady at the counter is always pleasant to deal with but the older white woman is rude, miserable and she makes horrible drinks. My drink was disgusting, took two sips and threw it away! I hate it here!

The lady in the morning is a rude miserable woman. She doesn't take her job seriously and always get my order wrong. I stopped going to this location because I got tired of this woman making me mad in the morning and ruining my whole day. I believe the start of the day sets the tempo and she is a Debbie downer for sure. If I were her boss she won't e been gone a long time ago.

I love this place, if you want a good coffee that’s the right place. The barista Annum is too good, she is v friendly and makes the best coffee.
I went to this location and the barista, Anum, was extremely unhelpful. She continued to make her pots of coffee and tea while I was the only customer waiting in line. She didn't even acknowledge me after I said "Hi." Just annoyed. I ended up driving to the Bissonnet location.
