I came to get a 50% off drink. I ordered, and then Tatyana (the barista) told me that the discount is only through the app. I excuse myself, but u wanted to cancel because it makes sense. Once done, she was just there looking at the phone for a while, I started moving to see if she would do something. She did. Even though i had told her the order face to face and through the app (no foam, add whip - also part of the drink) I got a drink with a bunch of foam and no whipped cream. Pretty annoying actually. The latte wasn't that good either.

Pretty frustrated at this Starbucks location. I come by here once in awhile on my way to work and today was no exception. I ordered a grande latte decaf with oat milk and a caramel macchiato in the drive through. I cannot have caffeine or milk. I drank part of my latte thinking it tasted weird but I checked the label on the cup about 5 times and it said Hot Latte, Decaf, Oatmilk and SF Vanilla syrup so I thought maybe my brain was just not fully awake yet. No. I got near the bottom and tasted caramel. When I pulled into work I opened the cup and they had labeled my decaf drink onto the Macchiato cup and vice versa. So now I’m at work and it’s not going to be a fun day. I understand mistakes happen but I won’t be back to this location.

The baristas at this Starbucks are very patient even when I’m being indecisive or unclear.unlike other locations, their dairy free options are always available, which is nice.Drive thur moves along quickly also. Mobile orders are always ready when the app states so.

I was very disappointed this morning when I bought coffee this morning among many times almost daily. But the last few times as well as other times consistently the coffee has been lukewarm and acidic compared to normal pikesplace. Shame on you Starbucks. Isn’t your good profit enough nowadays. I’m thinking of boycotting Starbucks after having this experience this many times since Starbucks arrived in Houston. It’s very impolite. And coffee should not taste like dish water in the morning. Or any time for that matter. I just want to know your thoughts Starbucks. I don’t understand. And I’m really starting to regret all the money I’ve spent there without you even answering the phone for when someone takes a many times over horrible drink home. Please change your ways. That’s greedy. You have a profitable business and yet you save a nickel by using old coffee.
