I just ordered a venti hot matcha green tea latte at riverstone location and requested adding whipped cream on top and no syrups. It turned out they didn’t add the whipped cream on top.

I came in this morning, asking if one of the food items available and upon initial review the staff said they were out of stock.
I was a bit sad about it, but it’s understandable. However the senior staff Dustin, went the extra mile and came over to my seat minutes later and surprised me with the item I was excited for. Made my day.

Their coffee is so bad for a Starbucks coffee shop. The quality is terrible. You must be lucky enough to get a good drink from there.

Rarely go in in-person (frequent the drive-thru often) but was going to grab a coffee before getting my nails done. It was Saturday, 10/18 around 3pm and walked in. The store was filthy inside! It was very slow (dead) and employees not busy. The counters in prep area dirty, garbage on the floors in the customer area as well as behind counter. Dirty tables, trash full at service bar and dirty mugs in bus tub. Outside seating area was the worst. Spilled drink in front of the front door (had to step around it), trash everywhere and just plain disgusting! Makes me re-think using the drive-thru anymore now that I have seen the conditions inside. Shame on manager on duty and the LAZY employees.

This is the worst, slowest Starbucks ever. I am here now waiting 10 mins at the register to order. No ohas even greeted me. I ordered my coffee online 10 mins before I got here. It's still not done. I just asked if he has my order and he lifted and empty cup. It's literally been 20 mins. The inky people in here are 2 other people waiting for their orders.
I'm leaving without it and going to Oyster Creek to have them make it.

I give the coffee a 5 but another customer there a -100. There is an older man who sits right by the door outside and makes very inappropriate comments to women and stares as they walk in and out. I told him he was inappropriate today after he said something gross to me and he just shrugged. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen him there. I am writing this review because nobody should feel uncomfortable just getting a coffee! Fix the customer experience, please!

Went through drive through…. Ordered potato bites, got egg bites, my green tea matcha latte tastes like dirt… very gritty. I called the store 5 times and got no answer. Also, before you can even get your food, they are pushing the payment machine in your face for a tip. It’s irritating

i’m a fan of any starbucks cafe but this one takes the cake. the staff is so friendly and quick, and my drinks always taste great! I love living so close by to this one.
I had the worst experience ever at this Starbucks. The girl at the cashier skipped my order to process completely. She is very rude. I had to show my receipt of payment to let another girl to process it. The owner should be aware of her rudiness.
