I just ordered a venti hot matcha green tea latte at riverstone location and requested adding whipped cream on top and no syrups. It turned out they didn’t add the whipped cream on top.
I came in this morning, asking if one of the food items available and upon initial review the staff said they were out of stock.
I was a bit sad about it, but it’s understandable. However the senior staff Dustin, went the extra mile and came over to my seat minutes later and surprised me with the item I was excited for. Made my day.

The crew at this Starbucks is top notch! Always super friendly and accommodating. They get to know your name and drink habits which is pretty nice since they have so many people come through each day.
I've been coming to this location since they opened and it's my preferred Starbucks! There are locations that are closer to me, but I will drive the extra distance to visit this specific location.
