I placed a drive thru order on Red Cup Day. Although they were sold out, when I pulled up to the window, I saw a green cup that was reusable and asked about purchasing. She said if I wanted one, I had to go back around in the drive thru because they were busy. There was literally one car behind me and after pulling into a parking spot and waiting for a few minutes, no other cars came to order via the drive thru. I guess they aren't concerned about repeat business because...
Just visited the drive thru. Manuela was my barista. Manuela gave not only exceptional customer service but was friendly and bubbly. She also asked how my family was doing from the recent storm. Manuela was exceptional!
Super crowded at 11:00am? Crazy parking lot traffic pattern, causing dangerous potential for accidents in and around the parking lot. Crazy!?
Then if you find parking you may have to deal with trying to squeeze past a rented parking area for tow trucks. As if parking space is not already at a premium.
