The worst part is they took nearly 40 minutes to get it delivered. What for? For just veggies inside bread?

The door was locked at 9:00pm an hour before closing, the person at the counter was there i saw him when I was pulling up. The next thing I know is he is gone. He ran to the back and hid while to door was locked and lights was on.

Great location since new staff and remodel a few years ago. Usually very quick and friendly. Like all subways, portions vary a lot based on visit. Maybe not my first choice, but solid.

did my order , said it’s ready for pick up , got there and wasn’t even done. No customers or anything inside that store. Had to wait even more for my order to be finished

The employees have always been great every time I’ve been here, but management of this store is why I won’t come back. Every week, they are out of supplies like salad bowls, or then out of meat options. Today, I went in for a pickup order, and there was only one regular employee working and handling a very busy shift. He tried handling everything but he was exhausted from lack of help and was unable to make mine and other’s pickup orders without running into more constant walk in customers. We all had to wait around 40 minutes cause he was out of some supplies and didn’t have time to handle everyone’s orders. This isn’t even his fault. This is on the management for failing to give him what he needs to do the job for their location. I always loved to come here and to support the franchise location but they’ve made it difficult to do that going forward.
They have to learn to stop cutting costs in the areas where it affects the experience for the customers. They’re saving the money but then losing folks.
So bad customer service, I placed order online and when I pucked it up its missimg many itema that i ordered and when I called them the guy who anawer was so rude and he said he is the owner, if these is no star I should give to this business place fir such bad service and altitude.

The hispanic lady who made my sandwich was the sweetest. She had a smile on her face the whole time. Great caprese sandwich, great customer service. My visit was on 04/16/24 b4 7pm. When people smile, it makes me feel so good. Thank you sweet lady.
Vegetarian options: Cali caprese wrap can be made on sandwich as well.
