Dried out bread, server can’t speak English, checkout can’t process gift card. Just hopeless experience.

This is my first time going to this location since moving to Sugarland three years ago. This is a horrible, poorly run, location. The atmosphere looked like it was closed, and the service was poor. The Indian male presented like he didn’t want to be there, my sandwich had little to none protein, and mostly vegetables. I even tipped on top of my order. I know locations are individually owned, I recommend taking your money to another location that puts in effort. I ordered tuna by the way.
I also don’t know if it’s all locations now, but there was a lid preventing you from seeing the meats and how much the worker puts on your sandwich
Had an awful experience here with Mary. She threw a tantrum after misunderstanding what size sandwich she HEARD. She argued with my 12 year old daughter about it VERY hostile service idk what she is going through but she is Clearly a very unhappy woman attending well mannered customers and shooing us out of there like a complete maniac. I think she has lost her mind behind that counter, it was sooooooo unnecessary.

Absolutely terrible, the workers were acting like they had no idea how to make the subs or what comes on them. My wrap was disgusting. Service was terrible, this is why I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s instead. Never coming back.

I ordered from the app and picked up in store today. The food was disgusting and I had asked for the tuna to be put on the side for one of my sandwiches and they gave me such a little amount of tuna; not even close to what is supposed to be on a footlong. Also I ordered a rotisserie chicken sub and they gave such a little amount of chicken for that too. The banana peppers were hard and disgusting and the girl working on the line was very rude. Terrible experience; this establishment should be closed down.

Store hours on the door say they close at 10pm. 9:33pm and worker sitting inside and wouldn't even look up to see me standing at the door. It you don't stay open till 10, then change the hours on the sign.

Rude disrespectful employees. Waited in line for a long time while one employee made sandwiches. They would not bring out a second person to help out and it was 12pm lunch hour on a busy weekday. She then attended to people coming in and cutting in line. No greeting or acknowledgment while waiting. Terrible service!

The crew member Yanivis at the counter didn’t greet us as we came to buy the sandwich for our daughter, she was not attentive and was playing with the plastic gloves while we were still standing and was paying the dues ! She wasn’t smiling and was not at all professional! Heads up to the higher management!

The worst sub ever. orders through subway app are neglected greatly and quality of the sandwich is trash. Big chunks of lettuce and missing veggies specially when you pay for avacado and you don’t get that is a not pleasing exp. They must know that they are not there for charity and people pay for the subs!
CAUTION! The workers here do not wear masks I normally try to find a reason to not give one star reviews but the experience here is consistently poor. One of the worst subways I have been too. Each time is a disappointment and something new. The app does not communicate with the store and simply provides a timer for orders without any confirmation that the store has received your order and is working on it. The service is always very slow. Expect to spend upwards of 10 minutes here. I also advise against mobile orders.
