Horrible service. She even rang me up incorrectly and did not apologize. Order was wrong.

The food was average but the service that the the young man gave for us was the worst we have ever experienced at a subway. The man had 0 patience with us even tho we tried our best to stay calm, he kept on saying yes next next and didnt give us time to choose. At the end when we were abıut to pay ee said can you write pickles and no pickles on both he added both labels wrong even tho we said it was the opposite and he said this one doesnt need label so just leave it.

Just went in to order a 6 inch tuna. I asked for the mayo/mustard on the bread please. He put in on one side I asked that he put it on both sides. He threw the mayo and mustard back in the corral. I asked was there a problem and he told me it’s the same thing so I walked out. That’s the same as saying you don’t feel like doing it because it was more work for you. That location has lost my business. They are not the only food restaurant in this parking lot

I ordered a Chicken Salad Wrap expecting chicken salad. Instead, they used chopped up chicken breast and spread mayonnaise on top then added toppings. That’s NOT chicken salad. It was dry (even with the mayo) and flavorless. I could only stomach a few bites. What a waste of money! I’m hesitant to order toss again.

This was hands down the worst Subway experience I've ever had—and I've been eating Subway for over 20 years. I ordered a simple tuna sandwich with cheese on Italian bread, and what I got was a sad excuse for a meal. The sandwich had almost nothing inside. Barely any tuna, no real protein, and a whole bunch of lettuce just to make it look full. It was mostly bread. Total scam.
On top of that, the guy working there clearly didn't want to be there. No greeting, no effort, no respect. He looked annoyed just because I walked in. And get this—they’ve put a lid over the ingredients, so you can’t even see what they're putting in your sandwich. They do it on purpose, so they can skip stuff without you noticing. That’s shady.
Disgusting service, disgusting attitude, disgusting sandwich. Don’t waste your money at this location.

This is my first time going to this location since moving to Sugarland three years ago. This is a horrible, poorly run, location. The atmosphere looked like it was closed, and the service was poor. The Indian male presented like he didn’t want to be there, my sandwich had little to none protein, and mostly vegetables. I even tipped on top of my order. I know locations are individually owned, I recommend taking your money to another location that puts in effort. I ordered tuna by the way.
I also don’t know if it’s all locations now, but there was a lid preventing you from seeing the meats and how much the worker puts on your sandwich
Had an awful experience here with Mary. She threw a tantrum after misunderstanding what size sandwich she HEARD. She argued with my 12 year old daughter about it VERY hostile service idk what she is going through but she is Clearly a very unhappy woman attending well mannered customers and shooing us out of there like a complete maniac. I think she has lost her mind behind that counter, it was sooooooo unnecessary.

Absolutely terrible, the workers were acting like they had no idea how to make the subs or what comes on them. My wrap was disgusting. Service was terrible, this is why I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s instead. Never coming back.

I ordered from the app and picked up in store today. The food was disgusting and I had asked for the tuna to be put on the side for one of my sandwiches and they gave me such a little amount of tuna; not even close to what is supposed to be on a footlong. Also I ordered a rotisserie chicken sub and they gave such a little amount of chicken for that too. The banana peppers were hard and disgusting and the girl working on the line was very rude. Terrible experience; this establishment should be closed down.

Store hours on the door say they close at 10pm. 9:33pm and worker sitting inside and wouldn't even look up to see me standing at the door. It you don't stay open till 10, then change the hours on the sign.
