TODAY 4/14/2024 AT NOON The light skin guy with curly hair and beard gave me attitude while I was placing my order, he was like "At this point what kind of bread is the only thing I asked" with that and the fact that he ignore me and took his time to finish what he was doing, he should look for another job where having manners is not necessary.

The worst thing, I went to get my food 20 minutes before closing, that is 8:40pm and everything was already closed and dark, there was a fatty who I signaled to him who was coming for my food and he wasn't even able to get in, alone He made signs to me that he wasn't... THE WORST...

Went here to get lunch for a co worker and myself, upon arrival the woman working looked angry and ignored me for a few minutes until finally coming up to the front to ask me what I needed, she was very aggressive, slamming the toaster door when I made the request for it to be toasted? almost as if me being there trying to spend money on already over priced food is burdensome. She barely spoke English and would get mad when I couldn’t understand what she was saying ontop of speaking very quick and aggressively. Had I not been incredibly hungry, I would have just left from how she treated me. Food was still cold despite it being toasted too. Will not return.

The woman that worked here is very rude she was rushing me and talking very aggressively I go here every week to get lunch for coworkers and I and usually she doesn't fix my order well today was unbelievable she doesn't speak English well so ,y coworker asked her in Spanish if she was okay because of her attitude toward us she started getting loud and said Everytime I go in there I take a long time. And we need to hurry up she has things to do we were in shock I have never had someone treat me this way ever. I spend about 50$+ every visit and I will not be going back someone needs to do something about her I've seen another woman say things to her for being rude this was my first encounter with her. Very disappointing

Walked in and was ignored, asked for help was ignored. The guy just stood there and refilled sauces in front of us for 5 min, I was so tickled by this I just stood there and see how long this could go on until i eventually just left and he never even looked back up. lol you’d be better off just closing rather then disappointing people who walk in hungry.

The ladie that works there today doesn’t change her gloves after handling money. As I observed, she grabbed ham and cookies with the same used gloves, I just got out of the line. No wonder I get a stomachache every time I go there.

Worst customer service ever!!! Not once did the guy look up at me to acknowledge I was there.When I walked in he mumbled something but didn't know if he was talking to me or someone on his phone since he had his ear bud in. He was concentrating on making sandwiches for a big order.I then asked him if he was the only one working and he rudely said "I am right now, that's what I told you when you walked in." How was supposed to know he was talking to me!!!Mind you by this time 2 other people were behind me...never acknowledging them either.I'm sure he could have stopped a quick minute to take my order and get back to making his other sandwiches. I left and did not get my food because I would have spent my whole lunch time (30min)there.Need more people to work at this location.

This location wasn't clean and service was horrible!When I asked for the manager, he asked why. I asked his name and he wouldn't tell me. Then upon being pressed for his name he lied and said Mark.He told me that the manager told him not to give her name to customers.He was horrible and rude through this entire experience.At this point I wanted my money back, he told me no, you already paid. There's got to be a way to cancel these types of orders to allow you to spend your money at a more worthy location.This kid and his manager need retraining and I'll be looking for a more CLEAN VERSION OF MY FOOD IF I DONT GET SICK! IM BETTER OFF TOSSING THIS WASTE AND ORDWRING PIZZA INSTEAD.ILL DEAL WITH MANAGER NO NAME, IN THE MORNING.AND YES I RECORDED IT...SUBWAY, PLEASE DO BETTER WITH THE PEOPLE YOU HIREVegetarian options: Everything vegan looked old and far from fresh. No and no, the veggies looked like yesterday's the meat was just ok. The young man serving me looked embarrassed to fix the sandwich, which I could understand why. I do not recommend this particular spot. I love Subway but not this one! Management need to get it together.

RUDE HISPANIC OLDER LADY!She clearly hates her life and the people in it!SEEK COUNSELING & FIND A CAREER THAT BETTER FITS YOUR PASSION & PERSONALITY.Perhaps Professional Boxing?!(Release some of that bottled up anger)My mom was treated so badly she came out crying…..My mom waiting patiently for 3mins as the worker walked back and forth handling fresh bread….After patiently waiting without being acknowledged my mom asked her “ma’am are you ready or do you need more time? ” & she responded “ umm duh! The door was opened and the sign was on” she also said a few other nasty things to my mom before she left out the store crying!I will be calling corporate ASAP!

Very shitty attitude. This guy needs to get fired. He was mad coz we walked in and he was busy watching videos of who knows what. Guess we giving business here wasn't good enough as we interrupted his free time. Idk why people hire shitty workers. Looks like he needed a bath bad. Found a hair in the sandwich and veggies were very old. Grooming is a must In restaurant business. Keep ur attitude to your momma not to customers. You having a bad day stay at home.

Worst Costumer Service!!I came in the morning and the Spanish old lady started arguing with me because I want to change an ingredient in my sandwich.And I told her to stop talking and just do her work, because at this point I was upset already with her attitude.And she told me:"Pinches Hispanos"Hopefully the owner of that location can see this review and do something about this worker.
