This location is a hit or miss. My family has gotten food poisoning here once. The service is very nice with minimal wait for online order pick up. Ready to find location.

Yeah, very very rude staff. I went there twice and every time it seems like that he hate customers African-American guy. I don’t know his name. He was very rude. I asked him for double cheese, which I was going To pay for it, He gave me dirty look and he said you can’t have two cheese. I will never go there again. I advise the owner. Your star rating is really low. Just because of this sort of service get rid of them before they have your business shot.
Paid and extra 2.50 for double meat and more cheese. Ended up with less than a regular sandwich meat wise. Never again.

Stop by here just now. Worst service I have ever seen at a subway. I would have given negative 10 star if there was an option to give. The cashier didn’t welcome us. When we got in, he was on the phone, and didn’t wash his hands. It didn’t look like he is happy to work there and care for the business.

The last time I came, they weren’t open even though their posted hours said 8:00 AM. I waited about 15 minutes and they still hadn’t opened, so I left.
Today, I gave them another chance and came about 35 minutes after opening, but nothing was ready. The worker was still taking out ingredients while making my order, the toaster wasn’t warmed up, and the only cookies available were from the previous day.
Very disappointing experience both times.

I should put 0 star for the service. We buy subway from everywhere but this people are crazy like they are not serving the way other subway serve. Crazy

I don’t usually leave reviews unless a place truly deserves 5 stars — but this Subway has earned the exact opposite. I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years, and this location has become absolutely terrible. Every single time I place an online order, it’s wrong. Not once or twice — every single time. I end up having to go back, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff are rude, dismissive, and act like it’s somehow my fault. There’s never an apology, never an offer to make it right — just complete indifference.
This place has gone from decent to downright awful. The service is lazy, the attitude is unprofessional, and the quality control is nonexistent. I can see why it’s rated 3 stars, but honestly, that’s generous — this location has turned into absolute garbage.

Said they open at 8 am on their door & online. Got here at 8:10, the door was locked & the girl shook her head no… I’ve been calling the store too and she won’t answer. Really sucky when you haven’t eaten in 24 hours and have a 10 shift ahead with no break & you’re just tryna get a damn sandwich😐
