Ordered online as usual and waited outside the restaurant for a few minutes, mainly because of perksCame inside and my guy who is alone,is making the orders for people coming in and has my order half started to the side

I ordered using the Subway app. 10 minutes later when I came to pick up, the clerk told me he just ran out of meatballs. Initially I was nice and said I'd take a turkey as a substitute - at which point he got an attitude and said I'd have to pay extra. He claimed turkey was $2 more; the menu board said $1 more. Furthermore, he said he "might" be able to refund what I paid in the app on my credit card but that he wasn't sure I'd get the rewards dollars I used back. Telling me I "might" get the money back on what I'd already paid for then would have to pay again at full price (no rewards) made me angry enough I yelled "go **** yourself" for the first time in decades. There are two other Subways within 5 minutes of this one. You've been warned.

They did it quickly whenever I wanted to order, and Lilly who worked there held onto my umbrella since I left it there on accident. They were patient and Matthew helped me with ordering online. I appreciate the workers here a lot.

Avoid this location and take your business somewhere else. I’ve asked for buffalo chicken and the a lady with a hat beneath her eyes prepared it in-front of me with a lot of buffalo sauce and told her it was a lot of sauce and all she said was “I’m sorry”, but didn’t fixed my problem. I ended up throwing the sandwich away, because it was uneatable.

We ordered veggie sandwich and one lady kept cross contaminating the meat with the veggie sub. Thankfully I’m not allergic but the service from the old lady was horrible first of all she had AirPods and second she kept ignoring my requests. Terrible.

Been placing orders on the app here. First of all, you need to be careful about what you order, as they are out of stuff often. They were out of meatballs one time I ordered from here, so I started calling ahead of time and they were out of meatballs a couple other times I wanted to order a meatball sub. And tonight, I ordered again on the app and when I got home and start eating one of my sandwiches, the sandwich was wrong. There was no sauce on it, which I requested more of, I got the supreme meats sandwich and there was no ham (which comes on the sandwich by default) and there was NO CHEESE at all, and it comes with 2x cheese. And lastly, I specifically requested that BOTH sandwiches be toasted with the vegetables on them. The first sandwich was toasted the way I requested, and the second sandwich was not toasted at all. What a shame that people cannot simply read these days.

When I placed my order, I asked for 4 sandwiches. I asked for the first two to be made first since they were the veggie delites and not to cross contaminate with meat. I went on to pay for the sandwiches,drink, and chips. Before the employee walked away from the register I told her my two other sandwiches are turkey. I went to put something in the trash. A line had formed and she helped the person who was in front of me. Instead of saying something when the employee saw me, they kept helping the person in front of me. Cool. No worries. But they went on to do another task. Umm... I told you I had 4 sandwiches. I finally said something and I could tell the employees did not like I said something. When I gave the explanation, I told them I understand you are busy, all you have to do is explain. They mislabeled my order too as the sandwich with out mayo had mayo. Subway Owner, train your staff to not cross contaminate meat orders with non meat. I saw in front of my eyes the employee put meat on my sandwhiches and then went to put veggies for the veggie delite. Also, if the customer asked for multiple sandwhiches, create them. You can tell an incoming customer, I am still helping this one customer. I will get to yours.
